This place really likes to mess up orders I have came to this place a few times now I believe in chances because I know sometimes businesses can get busy at times and rush and can mess things up and the next time things can be better but this has happened one to many times… I get food that is cold or not made right or sloppy or not cooked all the way this is getting ridiculous this place is always seems to be just rushing even when no other customers are there and needs to improve

*******Apparently this the only location that stops serving hashbrowns at 11.****** It never gets better here. It's always terrible. Wait times are so long you'll waste your whole break in line.*****$5 and 13 min later this is the avocado toast I get.****Be ready to stand for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledges you. Then wait another ten for them to pour one coffee. ***This place is awful.**again went and stood there for 8 min before anyone said a word then she goes well be there in a bit*try jumping around with your hands in the air and they might serve you. Or they'll serve the people behind you first.I truly hate this location

My entire order was wrong, called and was told I could come back for a refund. Get there later after our appt and the manager was rude, disrespectful and called us liars. We ordered sausage, got bacon. Coffee was burnt. Brianna, the supervisor was amazing. Brandy, the manager is a horrible human being and should never work in customer service. Already called corporate and filed my complaint.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service from this place. Tried to order an iced mocha and there must have been a disconnect somewhere because the person either didn’t hear what I was asking for or they didn’t understand and instead of explaining either or, another person came onto the speaker and yelled at me saying they don’t have iced hot chocolate. Not once asked for an iced hot chocolate. Never coming back to this garbage restaurant.

The only reason I put two stars instead of zero is because the girl at the window was very nice and I got my food quickly.Otherwise, the girl who order at the drive-thru intercom was rude and sarcastic.When I ordered my drink I actually asked if they have the flavor for the latte because sometimes new seasonal flavors are unavailable. She says, "are you going to pick a size or what?" without answering my question. Then, when I ordered a grilled breakfast wrap, which on the menu only shows as sausage and doesn't list options, she's like "are you going to pick which kind or do you want me to pick for you?" in a nasty voice.There's absolutely no reason to be this rude at your job because I've worked at Tim Hortons for 4 years and I don't treat people like that even on my worst day. Whoever it was shouldn't be there if they can't handle talking to people on a daily basis.

went to this store with my mother at around 8am recently after leaving the ER and going home down the road and after she asked for extra hazelnut, the guy working window genuinely slammed the drive-thru window on us (no exaggeration here), sighed and turned his back giving us a glare. my mother can be difficult sometimes, but she only said there was no hazelnut flavoring in it at all and wanted more added to it.he called a manager who had blue hair and seemed really aggressive with us over who started yelling at her, going back and forth, and they took the drink back but then completely overloaded it with hazelnut to the point she couldn't drink it.as someone who works at a different tim hortons location it was genuinely unacceptable behavior and you should never slam the door on customers like that. it was awful esp after just getting out of the hospital.

we got an iced coffee from Tim Hortons (4380 buffalo rd) and my boyfriend drank the whole thing then looked down in his cup to find a thick metal hook in the bottom of his cup. talk about lack of attention and just plain carelessness, it’s also really gross.

An Absolute disgusting display of customer service. Ordered an ice cap and some donuts while no one else was in the store, I received my donuts immediately and the two female employees then carried on laughing about, eating food, and completely ignoring the fact that I was still standing there. I gave it about five minutes until I asked about my ice cap, she had completely forgot then rushed my beverage. When I finally did receive it, it was a water downpour excuse and when I asked for a new one she said that was the best it was going to get. I threw out my drink and walked out the door. If you knew better you would do better

I would suggest Dunkin donuts. Myself and daughter use to go there for breakfast. The management at this establishment does not have a clue how to run a restaurant. Everytime we go there they are out of something. It closes at 9:00pm but stops serving at 8:00pm. So all they serve is drinks, it makes no sense. Run your business right or close the doors. Will not be going here no more.

GO TO DUNKIN. This Tim Hortons has always been awful management wise and doing things in a timely fashion. They had closed and reopened and since then I was expecting things to be a bit smoother however it could not be worse still. I always go to Dunkin in the same plaza and forget why I avoid Tim’s until I go and remember how slow they are. Sat in the drive thru for 25 mins and didn’t get any sorry, discount, or free food from it, nothing to say sorry for delays. Avoid this place.

They took almost 20 minutes to prepare a drink. The employees were looking around not attending to the customers until the manager appeared to tell them to make the drinks. The manager needs to train employees to service the customers and not have them wait 20 minutes for a drink. Also, the employees appear to just stand and look around at the ceiling. Looking at the ceiling will not speed up service!

This is a poor excuse of a Tim hortons. Poor excuse of employees and managers. I don’t understand how many times they can continue to screw up orders. Or keep people waiting in line for over 10 minutes. I asked for two coffees, three donuts and a wrap and they screwed everything up in my order. Managers literally do not care.

Customer service was terrible. The girl at the register was very rude and seemed like she had no idea what she was doing. I ordered and farmers wrap and that was it. I waited 30 minutes and come to find out they forgot about it and never made it. They staff was just standing around doing nothing. When I finally received it, it was tore up and falling apart in the package. It also did not have the chipotle sauce on it that I asked for. Very disappointed!

I have NEVER gotten a correct order from this Tim Hortons, and today decided to keep us waiting in line at the drive thru for our order for 15 minutes just to tell us they gave our order away already. Service is terrible and I preferred the old management because things got done atleast. Incompetent.

Horrible management. I can’t believe this was a manager I spoke with. I was simple trying to politely inform her that lately they are consistently out of certain items. You would think she would have apologized and accommodated some how. She made excuses and was very rude. Businesses that have this type of weak value for consistent paying customers do not deserve my business.

I go to this Tim Hortons all the time and I love all their workers but this guy named Randy has the best customer service always has my coffee done right, is very polite and introduce himself at the speaker and is very quick with getting your order ready. Very pleased with Randy and his great customer service

I’ve recently been going to tims on 4380 Buffalo Rd. The new renovations are top-notch. I’ve come to notice that a certain employee named Zach has been working and always assisting me. Even when it’s a tough day, he always has a positive attitude. I’m not only writing this review to give recognition to zachs work but to raise awareness to good fast-food workers who don’t get credit and have no voice. Thanks Zach for making my experience here good!

I placed a drive thru order less than 10 minutes ago...the staff are nice but my order was screwed up...ordered 2 sausage biscuits with cheese...no cheese put on them...egg biscuit made correct...3 orders of hash browns looked as if someone smashed the hell out of them before putting into the bag and one order contained 1 smashed up hash brown stick! This has happened before and I let it go...now I wont be stopping there again. Thanks Tim Hortons..
