They don’t even have trail cameras…………. Absolutely shouldn’t be called a tractor supply. It’s set up like a value dollar tree. The worker legit pointed in a direction and said might be over there. Very helpful.

Went to the store, trying to pickup something, asked if the store can price match homedepot. Was told they can only match the homedepot in the town, can't match the other homedepot which is only 15 miles away since it is not a "local" store. Seems very weird.

Don’t look online for items they have in store!! Took the long drive to purchase 2 things online said were in stock. Come to find out they have it “put away” and not available for sale…. Spoke to Mike the manager that was his response…. Not for sale….. But online they are available.. I’m guessing if I would have purchased on line I would have got a refund and waited 2 weeks to receive my refund… Good Job guys 👏👏. Way to waste someone’s time… Just not sure how it’s “not for sale”.

tractor supply company in Niagara Falls provided very great service for me. They also had some good sales on pit boss, barbecue grills which I found was very interesting. The other thing that I found was interesting was the fact that they allow you to bring your dog there and wash them so if you have a stinky dog, please bring them to tractor supply. It cost about $10 and they provide all the soap and water you need. Ask for Bobby he really likes to help his customers.

They have everything i need for my farm animals. Great supplies. Love their teddy cream soda. Prices are reasonable. They always got great items in the clearance section. The workers are also country folk, so they are easy to relate to, understand what your talking about, and very nice. Only major problem is their chickens. They do not inform you that they don’t vaccinate their chickens for meriks disease (a extremely contagious and 100% lethal disease). This is almost the #1 issue for all chicken owners. Because if you buy a chicken here and its infected, your whole previous flock will also catch it and they dont show signs until its too late. Buy everything from here EXCEPT chickens.

They are not friendly, knowledgeable or do they make any effort to help you. We went looking for an item that online said was available. We looked all around and didn't find it. We asked the checkout person where we could find it and her response was just "outside." We asked if someone was available that could show us where it was at and we were told "no, if someone is not out on the floor, they're not available."

Went in to use the dog bathing stations. The Employees are beyond helpful and extremely friendly. For $10 you can't go wrong. Then they made it even better by giving us a coupon that took $5 off the price of the wash station visit. I can not say enough about this place and will be back many times. Hope they never close!

Absolutely Outstanding! We ordered our horse feed and pellets online which was extremely easy. They had the stuff that I ordered ready and waiting for when I arrived at the store. The wonderful Lady that helped me, expertly forklifted my pallet into the back of my truck! Great experience!!! Thank you!

Love this store! Everyone is super nice and helpful. Just wish they kept the kitty litter in stock.Love that I can purchase my pets vaccines and give them myself at a fraction of what the vet would charge too.

Great selection ,always buy my dog and bird food here.Terrific people ,helpful and will go out of their way to satisfy a customer.Mike and Kary are the dream team of managers.Hardworking and know the store inside and out.Even a doggie bath station.They are the best🙆❤️

This review is just for the pet washing station. I was in yesterday to wash my dogs and found the tubs to be dirty and filled with hair from previous pets/dogs. There was some hair on top of the grate, I couldn't get it to wash off easily so I proceeded to wash my dog. The tub started filling up so my dog was standing in a few inches of water. I had to move her to one side so I could pull up the grate to take out a very large clump of dark hair.The grooming tables, brushes and combs were also filled with hair. There were also large clumps of hair on the floor near the drain. We had to go back out and ask for towels because they were not readily available. We did ask where the washing station was located when we walked in. I would think the associate would have said you are going to need towels.

Items on web site are NOT in the store even though they were advertised. I was told they could order it, 1 week wait, I checked the internet and found the exact same item $15 cheaper, next day delivery! I saved $15 on a $35 item, won't be shopping there any more.

This is my unbiased opinion of TSC. It's a big box store in a small box. Look out "HOME DEPOT " you have a real competitor in this area. Stores like this remind me of the stores I grew up with; I think this store is a plus for this community.

Lawn line wasn't available in 50# bags at the Home Depot near my home so I performed an online search and found that Tractor supply Co. had them at a great price. Looks like what used to be available at the Home Depot.
