Lovely place! Glad to see that the Kuyahoora Valley has a nice breakfast place right on 28 near the West Canada Creek 🥞 For four of us—breakfast and coffees—bill was reasonable ($58). I had the Dirty Muffins, which was poached eggs on top of English muffins smothered in sausage gravy and homefries (they were pretty good potatoes) and another person in our party had the Crawford, which featured big (in diameter and depth), fluffy blueberry pancakes and eggs, homefries and meat. And another Hash & eggs (hash was “very good”) and lastly one had eggs, homefries, and toast. The ambience at this place is rustic, lovely, and it’s very open. Joanne was a lovely, hospitable server and we really enjoyed our time here. Delighted to hear that the owner/manager maximizes their business by hosting baby showers and wedding receptions, as well. As one of Central New York’s wedding officiants, it makes my heart happy to know that folks can avoid the drive to the city and celebrate life’s most special moments so close to home ❤️

We stopped by here on the way to the diamond mine for dinner. The Restaurant is very nice and clean. So are the restrooms. Just a simple menu, nothing complicated just to the point. We arrived at 6 and it was pretty busy but got a table right away. The only issue we had was it took 30 min to get a menu and another 7 to have our drink order taken. We had enough time to decide what we wanted to eat while waiting so we ordered drinks, appetizer and meal all at once. It took almost an hour to receive our appetizer and another 15 for our meal and never offered a refill, luckily the cups were quite large. The Food was good. Decent portions, nothing fancy. The wait staff locked extremely busy and short staffed but they were very friendly. I would like to visit again but the wait time has me cautious of another visit.

We went to Patty Jeans for breakfast two days in a row. The waitress had a table of ten plus all of the other diners but managed to make everyone feel welcome and made sure the coffee cups stayed full. The food was delicious, the servings were huge, and they had gluten free toast (and other gluten free options). Best of all, when we went back the next day, the waitress remembered or drink orders. She was wonderful and I highly recommend this place!

My wife and I went camping at the KOA campground near by so we could mine some Herkimer diamonds and on a rainy morning went to Patty Jean Country Restaurant for breakfast and we got an early start to the day which was a good thing because when we got there it only had a few tables occupied but shortly after it started to be a popular place.Definitely recommend.👍👍👍👍👍

The Acoustics in the place were terrible. With several people in the restaurant the noise was unbearable. It took forever for our order to be taken and even longer for our meal to reach us. That was our first time there and sorry to say it will be our last.

Patty Jean's Friday night fish fry is Great! I've had the fish dinner several times now, and it's always been very well done. I also get the home made macaroni and cheese with a side of coleslaw. I'm not sure who makes the coleslaw but I hope they never change it.I should try something different of the menu but it's just too good!They also have home made pies like strawberry rhubarb, coconut cream and many others.. I hope to try them All soon..

Quite possibly the worst service ever... and while waiting 30min for breakfast we watched at 2 waitresses and a gentleman stood behind the counter backs to the register while a couple waited 5min to check out... never offered more coffee and to top it off the food was not good... won't be running back
