Had an appt.to get my dog groomed. I even got a call to confirm. I got there had to wait about 20 min passed the appt.time to even bring him into the grooming area. When I finally got into grooming I was told I would have to continue to wait. I continued to wait maybe another half hour before going back in to be told to wait. At that time I had waited all that I was gonna wait. I asked about a new appt. the next appt.I was told I could get was more than a week later. I was going away and wanted him washed/groomed before. I'll never go back due to the unprofessional way the woman in grooming acted and how I was treated as if I was bothering them for having an appt.

Never has any stock in Royal Canin. Staff act like they are doing you a favor by telling you that they don't know if they have anything coming out to be stocked. Save money and aggravation and just order on Amazon. I won't be returning. I make a special trip and they are just miserable.

Olivia was sooooo helpful and knowledgeable!! She helped us pick out everything we needed for our turtle. She answered all the questions we had and gave us tips for caring for our turtle. Thank you so much Olivia for all your help

beware. they had what i wanted in stock. i bought a $130 dollar cat condo for my baby. wanted to adopt another cat thru the petsmart adotpion section as they had many cats displayed in the store, but the woman in charge of adoptions was EXTREMELY rude and seemed to not want to even talk to me because I had my son and daughter with me. This man at the register also has no business working in customer service. I will find another company for my pets needs from now on. terrible customer experience.

I was really happy the first time I took my furry baby for the grooming deluxe package. Not so happy this second time. My furry baby doesn't smell like she was bathed with the Lavander/Oatmeal bath. She doesn't seem as clean as the first time I took her to Petsmart. I'm going to see what happens when I take her again.

Don’t get service done from Maggie H.Pretty much is blind and does not seem to be careful whatsoever. got a call from them letting me know that she had cut off my dogs nipple. Ridiculous. She’s so unprofessional.

They use to be good but forget it now. I called to get my dogs nails grinded, an answering service in another state said sure the Newburgh has time for walk ins so we go and 2 groomers are there 1 working and the other standing there doing nothing but said she doesn’t have time to grind his nails which take about 5 minutes total. Unbelievable! Never ever going there again! Total BS and laziness! Place sucks!

Great store to shop for my pets needs. But the grooming salon sucks. I told the girls listen be careful my puppy has arthritis issues. Do not lift her lotion much. Well they hurt my poor little girl.

Went for some cat food and medications. I searched online first to make sure they had the products I wanted. They did. The experience was great because staff was really friendly, helpful, and they are able to price match products. The item I wanted was less online. I showed the cashier and she made the adjustment.

Employees are very helpful!! I had weird questions about sea monkeys and I left feeling more confident on how to proceed with their habitat 😍 food, plants, algae tablets, tanks - they were very kind and informative!They didn't have the beach ball fish tank arch I was looking for but that's okay, I still left happy
