In nice plaza, not sketchy, friendly helpful staff. Well lit, clean store. They have reasonable prices, always have sale items, and their employees are very helpful. They all vape/smoke, etc. and will let you know their opinion if you ask, or how popular a product has been lately, anything to help you out. They also carry CBD products (including edibles) for both people and pets. They'll even help you set up your kit if you're new, or educate you about how a product works. Overall, good choice for the beginner as well as experienced buyer.

The staff is very polite and helpful. In particular their employee Tim. He goes that extra mile which really matters in customer service. Thank you, Tim for attention to detail , and always makes me feel welcome when I walk through the door, with a big smile to greet me.

I'm from out of town, stopped by actually had a large selection!! Didnt carry my coils but got a new great tank for a super cheap price to use while I'm out of town. They were super helpful helped my dad get a whole new simple set up. Very friendly and knowledgable!

Stay away. Scam and morally absent clerk. Sold me a dead $100+ vape. NO REFUNDS, NO PHONES is the kicker. Went in for a portable dry herb vaporizer. The clerk had to "test" it before he sold it to me, of which he did, literally laying on the ground blocking my ability to see him test it. This man laid on the floor for around 10 minutes fiddling with the vaporizer, which should have been my first red flag. He told me it was working properly and sold it to me. Guess who received a "portable" vaporizer of which the battery did not hold a charge for even a second, and that series of vaporizer had discontinued their production of batteries. Thanks Happy Habits, I'll be going to Preet or any of the other places in the area for this stunt that was pulled on me. Have advised others to not support this place.

Fantastic experience at this great shop. Courteous,attentive,friendly staff are super helpful. Their selection of products is well presented in lovely display cases. The inventory is incredibly varied as well. Overall a delightful experience was had in this wondrous establishment.

When I entered the store before i can even finish my question to the young lady working there she aggressively repeated "let me see your ID, Do you have ID on you?!". Horrific job welcoming customers in. Proceeds to show me the product i was looking for. I find it, buy it cash. The negative tone in her voice was present throughout the whole interaction.I came back to the store to return the faulty cheap vape pen after a day. A full charge and a couple of hits the battery clearly was not working. (Kept flashing the light that indicates low battery) Changed two different vape tanks on it and same thing. I tried to return the product, or at least have it exchanged and that did not fly. It is not in their policy to return or exchange items. (tells you allot about their products) PLEASE CAREFUL WITH WHAT YOU BUY HERE! Because i had such a bad experience with this store i will avoid it at all costs, and just buy items online. (this way I can avoid negative/unwelcoming attitudes completely)

I have been going to Happy habits for quite a while. Their stores are clean and welcoming. Their staff know about the products they sell. Great if your new to vaping and other things.

Happy habits is the best smoke shop around. No matter which location you go to the staff is incredibly helpful and, they will go out of their way to make sure you are happy. They are extremely knowledgeable with vapes so, if you are having trouble they will happily help you and fix the problem. Definitely recommend!

It's a pretty good vape shop. They have a decent selection and pretty decent prices. The reason it received 4 stars is because it always appears to be closed. I didn't go inside a few times because it gave the appearance of being closed. It isn't until I actually tried the door I found out itvwasbopen

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Every one I have met so far is amazing. Im there at least once a week now. The staff knows there stuff, and will take how ever long of time it takes to help you pick out the right equipment or e juice that your looking for. If your new to vaping, this is the place to go. Im amazed at the selection they have. Thanks guys for all your help.

Knowledgeable staff. Decent amount of product. But it's not a vape shop. It's a head shop. Vape shops shouldn't have cigarettes on shelves? All of their juice is manufactured and their mic levels aren't diverse.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Girl behind the counter was very nasty and rude to me for no reason. Will not be shopping here or any other Happy Habbits anymore. Taking my business to vapeology on Raymond ave in Poughkeepsie instead. Much better customer service there.

Although it's primarily a head shop they have a small but nicely varied selection of good quality well-maintained cigars in a well-maintained inappropriate humidor setting I do recommend them for a quick smoke

Absolutely horrible bought a vaporizer thereand within 90 days it will no longer charge they said they cannot do anything at the store will never shop there again I would strongly advise that no one else does they're doing this over a $22 item I spend more than that in their store on coils
