I went to this store on 10/16/23 at around 3:30 p.m. and I noticed they installed self-checkout machines everywhere. You now have to scan your items, bag your own items yourself. They have an associate there barking orders at you regarding how to check yourself out. This store now treats their customers like employees and you are expected to do everything yourself while one employee directs you. I am not happy about this at all and I will avoid this store and any fully automated store as much a I can. The customer is being treated like an employee with no advantage (discounts, savings etc.) at all. The company gets to save money on hiring employees by using the customers to do their job. Avoid these type of stores or it will become common everywhere.

They don't have alot of good things like the middle town one had the food options and 3,5 10 dollar options etc ! As much as money they make all the stores should be having stuff

Only giving 2 stars bcs of the employees... at least, the 2 that my Sister and I encountered.Not very friendly and less than helpful! They don't seem very happy to work there and seem bothered, if you ask for help, and, of course, asking VERY POLITELY, I should add! I was looking for a particular item and was told by a female employee that I should've shopped much EARLIER, a couple of months ago, when those items first came in!! WOW... how can you tell a customer that and in that way, like I was WRONG for shopping NOW for a small garden tool! Also, the cashier was LESS THAN FRIENDLY, so overall, I would rather shop at the other Dollar Tree, one mile further from me, than return HERE!I should add, our hands felt VERY GRIMY after shopping here, couldn't wait to wash our hands! We had to buy Hand Wipes, so I guess that's good for Baby Wipe SALES! ;(

Always alot of Stuff To Look at!! The Store Needs To B Cleaned,Door Going in Entryway is Nasty.So Dirty,an the floors.No Longer Dollar,$1.25 now.I feel for employees,never get caught up.Should have overnight crew come in an clean up.

I love the Dollar Tree they are always stocked full with great items. They were practically empty. The staff was working feverishly restocking the shelves bc this is the week of Christmas. One thing to know they do not do refunds. They will give you store credit. The Staff are very friendly. They do have a public bathroom you need to ask for key from cashier. If by chance it is out of or order. There is bathroom at Stop n Shop back near the deli or at Marshals in back of store . Unsure if you need key ir

I don't know if the store got a new manager but the store is extremely clean and organized now. They have a lot of DIY stuff. Good selection of seasonal stuff, school supplies, kitchen, and bath stuff. But remember to bring your own reusable bag because they never have bags.

I love Dollar Trees but not this one! I have never been in such a filthy store! Any store!The floors hadn't seen a wet mop in god knows how long! There was merchandise from the shelves on the floors down every isle.I couldn't shop here. Turned around and walked out.Ya need to higher your standards if cleanliness.

They carry a variety of placements, papergoods and Hallmark Cards....which are Made in America. Be sure to check the labels because many items are not!

The store is a mess. So much on the floors. My Grandson fell on the floor hit his head very hard. He is 2 and was not running. Floors are very slippery. You need to hire nighttime help so they can organize the store and not be disturbed by customers. CLEAN IT UP.

It's one of the bigger stores around so it has the frozen food in the back and some of the stuff is really good for a dollar to get like a Jamaican style chicken and pinata or whatever it's called is awesome and small laundry baskets don't buy any Tupperware anywhere else anymore except here

The place is always a mess and very dirty. The staff and their customer service is horrible. You can hear personal conversations on the floor between staff members and when you approach the cash register they give you an attitude for interrupting. You’ll get the eye roll and the huffing and puffing, but when asked if there was an issue they’d deny it. The worse part, I’m pretty sure she was one of the managers which is even worse.

If you need anything, they may have it here. You know the price already. So, your $1 goes a long way at the Dollar Tree.Are you craving candy? $1!Do you need detergent to clean up? $1!Do you need some school supplies? $1!You get it! :) I would not get everything I need here, but I know what I get and how much it is worth. Check it out if you need a lot of small things and you are in a rush.

Management!I recently got some really cute items that I enjoyed!Laura was my teller and she was very kind and courteous.Her manager however spoke to her in a very disrespectful tone and 4 times came up and criticized her.I really am not ok with seeing a grown woman be spoken to in such a demeaning way especially by someone younger.Everyone has bad days so I wont judge the incident harshly but I would suggest some training on respect in the workplace because the way Laura was being spoken to made me feel sad and uncomfortable.

Good prices, obviously. Management is wildly inappropriate, however. One day I went to check out and there were no cashiers. I went looking around and saw all of them standing in an aisle being lectured at by a manager who was saying things like "When management comes down on my ass, I gotta come down on y'all."

Literally everything is a dollar. I love this place. The only problem is that this location does not have a freezer section like other branch stores have. The one in nyc have a freezer section love it. I recommend all family and friends there.

Some, not all, evening staff tend to pay more attention to their cell phone than customers. Also, if you're changing the time that the store closes on Sunday, it should also be reflected online, and not just on the sign of the storefront.

Dollar Tree on rt. 300 is Filthy. Things need to change there. The entrance doors are grimy! There are leaves and dirt caked up along the inside of walls and doors from last fall!!!!. Please, has anyone else noticed...?

Love this store. I am there once a week. Can't beat their cards, 2 for $1 or $1 a piece. If you buy anywhere else it's like $3 or more.

Sign says they close at 9 PM, doors locked at 854 PM. That is awful, the people that live nearby now have to go out of their way and possibly call a cab just to get a few essentials because the workers couldn't honor the posted closing time.

What can you say about a Dollar Tree. Every thing is a dollar. Right now the store is in pretty much disarray with every one doing last minute shopping. A lot of stuff in short supply.

This store is always a mess, the floors are quite dirty and sometimes they open late. Its difficult to find some items and there are always boxes in the way.
