Dec 2023: this place is a nice little fine. When I'm in the area I try and stop in for a latte or coffee product. There are a number of bagel and muffin and donut options etc. Like any place with good fresh food, you need to get there early because they do run out of things. The service is fine, but I think there could be some improvements in talking with customers.

I think the quality of food / donuts from this place is great. I went this morning 11.07.23 to get a few donuts for some college friends. One said, "The donut was really good, thank you! 🍩" and I saw another friend walking as I parked. I gave one to her and she said it was delicious. I enjoy food in general but I enjoyed the apple cider donut!I waited to be served for 3 minutes if that, and they gave an extra donut. I did not mind waiting 10 If I had to without getting an extra donut. That was great customer service though!I will defiantly return and so will my friends!

Quality coffee with XL option. Awesome selection of gigantic donuts. Service is fast and attentive. Found a new favorite local place. Looking forward to trying bagels & breakfast. Also saw gluten free bagel option as well.

Best apple fritters I’ve ever had, and their sausage egg and cheese on a croissant is damn good. When you pull up to the window for take out , bring your dog, they’ll give them donuts and remember their name every time!

Came in from out of town and ended up spending a few hours here unexpectedly while waiting for my husband to finish up a job. The owner was gracious and hospitable, which nowadays, is so hard to find. Thank you for making an out-of-towner feel welcome.

They messed up a 2 donut order…Stopped by for some maple frosted. Know they have with and without sprinkles, so specifically asked for 2 without. What did I get but 1 with and 1 without… the fact they messed up that simple of an order, pretty pathetic! Heaven forbid I had asked for something more complicated

These donuts are so good! Super sweet and perfect texture:)Excellent service- I wasn't even a customer today when I walked in asking for directions. They went above and beyond to help me find where I was going and were friendly and helpful :)I will definitely be bringing my family here for donuts!

I am new in the area doing my medical residency. Still learning about new places in the area. Today I decided to visit this place to try the coffee as some of my colleagues recommended the place. What a surprise to see the owner of the place approaching to me and my wife offering a donut to try. What a generous gesture and excellent way to conduct a business; the coffee and Donuts were awesome. For sure I am coming more often and I found a new worderful place close to the place that now I call home.

I’ve visited several times and about half the time it’s great and half the time it’s a miserable experience.The staff struggled to fill my coffee order (two coffees with milk) I ended up getting more milk than coffee. My breakfast sandwich was still frozen in the middle. Food was handed over haphazardly and employees were… annoyed,Other times the food was great—fresh, hot, delicious. Employees were friendly and helpful. Again, it’s hit or miss.So, three stars because you never know but I hope things settle out soon.

I am so disgusted😡 bc I just went to pick up my snowflake rolls that I ordered at 920am on Nov 10 and of course I was not on the list!!!🤯 . Most likely due to the incompetence of one of their workers. The voice in my head said " call to confirm" and I ignored it. Thanks incompetent worker for making my first order there a failure.😤

My wife and I moved away from Utica in 2006 and have missed this places blueberry glaze donuts ever since. Moved back up north a few weeks ago and checked to see if you were still around. Soooooo excited to see the shop survived the pandemic. We plan to make a trip up just for a few donuts!

Honestly, used to love this place. Don't know what's changed recently but it's taken a nosedive, every time my order is either incorrect or missing items. Used to be able to depend on a variety of donuts but the last few times I've ordered the selection is very limited. Loved their specialty donuts but at this point I don't even bother asking if they have them anymore. I know covid has hit small businesses the hardest... but at this point? At least Dunkin gets my order correct.

Love the cinnamon twists and the cinnamon plain donuts. The best I have had since I moved back into the area. The problem is they are often out of both these selections by 10am. Supply and demand Daylight Donuts. How hard would it be to just make more of these and less of the many others that sit of the shelf most of the day? Please make more cinnamon and cinnamon twists!

There's a lot of Donut options in the area but none that offers anywhere near the same quality and value. The donuts are absolutely monstrous in size compared to other places, the quality is as good if not better, and the price is generally lower! Muffins, breakfast sandwiches, bagels, croissants... nothing has ever disappointed me here. On top of all this they even have a drive thru which is a big plus right now.

Been going here since I was a kid. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but I was given the most attitude in the drive thru I have ever gotten all because I asked her to repeat herself because the mic was cutting out. I could’ve went to Dunkin’ Donuts, even with they’re much longer lines and more overwhelming service they never speak to me the way I was *yelled* at in the daylight donuts line.

Really good homemade donuts! Fresh, fluffy dough, not too fried or greasy. A wide selection of flavours including standards like plain and Boston Cream, and specialties like their Cheesecake, Headlights and Taillights. Miles away from the typical franchise coffee chain.

Very noisy, I had trouble hearing the lady that got my donuts. The donuts were quite dry, not very fresh. The apple fritter, which I usually love, tasted greasy and seemed old and was dry.

Nice variety of donuts. Super ambiance, warm and cosy. Easily found, has drive thru window. Went inside to warm up . Ordered a dozen & each had a coffee. My husband ate the powdered jelly and I had a french crueller. It was soggy and not sure if that meant it was underbaked/ fried. Coffee was nice.

Place was not busy and fairly clean. Ordered breakfast sandwiches and they were made from fake eggs. Bathroom was ridiculous, sat on toilet and it almost flipped over because it's not attached to the floor. Water on floor etc. Prices were high for quality of food so I'd say there is better choices to go for donuts and breakfast sandwiches.

I loved this place. Warm delicious meatballs were a bonus! And the donuts and coffee were so yummy. The owner Chuck is so nice and personable. I highly recommend . :)

Best doughnuts in the county. Glazed doughnut with frosting filling is my favorite, but all doughnuts that they make are the best made in Oneida county. If you’re just passing through, this is a must stop and visit doughnut place. It will become your must stop in place.

Excellent place to grab a coffee and a treat. Great place to sit down chat with pals. Amazing staff who are nice and attentive. Overall a wonderful coffee shop.
