I ordered a McDouble meal on DoorDash and only received the drink. They told me the “girl” forgot to put the food in the bag. They couldn’t do anything so I Ended up spending an extra $10($30) ordering a cookie to get a second dasher to come with my food. Very irritating.

8am visit. First time at this location, im truck driver. Got my usual iced coffee, couple sausage mcmuffins. Everything was great. Had the local ol' timers sitting around having coffee. I consider that a good sign of good McDonald's. I wish corporate would bring back the parfaits.Dietary restrictions: Bring back parfaits

Drive- thru sucks. Waited 20 min in line to order and receive my food. My filet p fish was old and not hot, the fried were cold and hard, and not even on napkin was put in the bag. The manager needs to check their workers and make sure they have good customer service skills. The experience I had I won't be returning. I will take the extra time and drive to genesseo for better service and better quality food.

Always have to pull forward to wait for fast food...the ice cream machine always is broken down...order is never right...always have to drive back down town when ordering through the drive through...top it off today the bottom bun was the middle section of a big mac on a double quarter pounder with cheese. Absolutely no quality control!!!

The food was okay. Some of my fries were cold and I got just a big hunk of breading in my 10 piece. The service was a little weird. The server brought the cups out which was fine, till she took the cups out of her stack and put her fingers into the part where the drink would be. The atmosphere was kinda weird. There were no children in there so it was just a bunch of random people. There was a really loud group of motorcycle woman, who swore a couple of times, even after a child finally entered.Parking: The parking circles the building, so during busy hours it's hard to back out of spots near the drive thru.Kid-friendliness: They have many different kinds of seats which kids would like and offer toys with the happy meals.Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of ramps and spots available for wheelchair vans and the disabled.

There was a young man there who was super kind and helpful. He helped take care of my husband order and also helped open the door for me as I was walking in with my toddler. I order some drinks after our meal which took a bit longer then expected, however when I went to the counter they apologized for the long wait as they thought I already got my drinks and they made my drinks right away for me. It's ok mistakes happen sometimes. Being kind is what the world needs right now. Have a wonder day guys and keep up the good work.

I used the McDonalds app to place my order, then drove over to pickup my "food". Gave the order code at the Drive-Up and then waited 20 minutes to get to the window to get my order. The girl at the window told me to pull ahead to wait for someone to bring my order out. 10 minutes later I finally have what I hoped was my food handed to me. After 30 minutes of waiting they still managed to get the order wrong!! My wife went back to get her food because they didn't give us what was ordered. The correct part of the order was cold. The only reason they are getting one star is because this web site won't allow me to leave NO star at all, which is what they deserve! Fire the staff and close the place down. Only way to fix the kind of incompetance I saw tonight.

Here's my Bacon McGriddle, xtra bacon (2 razor thin slices instead of one). $11.09 for this (no) value meal. Did they invent the shrink ray? Will think twice before stopping here again.
