This store is touch and go. Some employees are very polite and helpful and friendly, but others are rude and seem like they could care less if they were working. The store tends to be cluttered and messy, but it really differs depending on which manager is working. Some managers keep it very clean while others leave boxes all over and do not care. Some of the cashiers seem to be overworked compared to the managers. Some of the managers just sit on their phone while their employees work by stocking shelves, cashing out people, hanging sales tags, and cleaning up.Overall, the store is okay but could use some work.

Nice store, friendly workers and clean, but very cramped. Shelves are close together and it's hard to move around when it's busy or they are stocking.

Newly remodeled. Jam packed with a very large selection of a multitude of items. Good place to browse, pick up staples items from foods, house goods, baby needs, good place to pick up items you forgotten need quickly rather than drive to another town. Clean and full with friendly staff.

Our local Dollar General. Can't really go wrong here. It's a clean place, the employees are very nice. We come here quite often. Even rented a rug doctor which went smoothly.

I will not go to any other Dollar General but the 1 in Mt. Morris New York, 14510. The manager there I believe, her name is Joyce. That lady is FANTASTIC at her Job!!! She is by far the most helpful, kind, compassionate, considerate person I have ever come across, while out shopping. I don't care what your problem is or what she is doing, she will stop, drop & offer her assistance when she sees a shopper is struggling, in need of assistance, or in severe pain. Like Myself. If there is an Award for people like her, She Deserves that Award, in Gold!!!! It doesn't get any better than that!!!! Joyce has my Vote for anything & everything she does!!!! Hands Down!!!!

It's well stocked for a family on vacay. But the shelves at the back were so poorly arranged like the shop hadnt had any housekeeping in a long time. Stuff had fallen off the shelves etc

you feel like your in a midgets house the place has packed a 500000 square foot store in half that. can't move around with cart if their is more then you and cart in store and their customer base here in town is dominated by junkies from the junkies they keep importing from all over . always have people asking for change over in that area more then anywhere else in town.

Like a higher priced higher quality dollar tree they also sell clothing and shoes they pretty much have every category from home decor to toiletries

Decent variety and prices. Great for a stop when camping. Good for the standard stuff as well as the oddball stuff (we made nachos with natcho cheese)

Dirtiest dollar General I have ever been in!!! I will never go back! The manager didn't even have his face mask covering his nose when he checked me out. Then he went outside and smoked a cigarette right outside the door. There is a law about smoking right in front of the door.

It definitely had plenty of supplies so much the poor girls were trying to find spots for it. The staff was pleasant.

Dollar general in Mt Morris is by far the best I've been in. It was clean, well stocked and the manager, the cashier at the time, was very pleasant.

Not friendly empolees. Store is clutter, and dirty. Employees all way talking about other people in areas of talking to customers. I try to avoid that store if possible.
