This place is beautiful. The people that run it and incredibly chill, open and welcoming. Had a smoke alarm battery running low at 11:30pm after a late check it and they came right over to fix the problem and stop the beeping. Seriously can’t say enough good things.We rented the back apartment on the day of for one night. Super reasonable rate and more than we expected to get.Rooms: Our apartment was farm house style with a full kitchen, living room and a newly renovated bathroomWalkability: Can walk to the late from the roomNoteworthy details: It’s a beautiful area. Lovely garden. Also a friendly lil skunk wandering around at night. :)

Totally enjoyed working at the Barn for a wedding in May 2023. Friendly staff, easy access to the buildings, plenty of parking and they have great guest amenities. This place is a super choice for a private wedding/event with lodging on site.

Smaller venue but a good size for a moderate sized event. Beautiful wooden construction throughout. There are a lot of doors...not sure why. Lighting was nice. I thought the chairs would not be comfortable for any length of time but they were just fine. Parking is not ideal and it is very dark at night.

couldn't be any happier with my stay. Flawless. I didn't stay in the main B&B, but instead in the AirBnB apartment in the barn/farmhouse in back. very quiet, spacious, and comfortable. Kitchen was huge and had everything I needed. I was also invited to use the main house and I had the entire place to myself most of the time. Lots of common rooms. Very clean. Was offered to use (inside) fireplace and (outdoor) fire pit. Sitting on the porch for reading and relaxing was perfect. You can see Lake Champlain. Breakfast and the Caretaker Karen were both perfect. Karen is a superstar. Breakfast was fresh, filling and tasty. I will stay again, and would recommend.

The Edgemont B&B is a gem in Moriah, NY. Situated right above a hill, you get a gorgeous view of Lake Champlain. At night, you can start a fire pit outdoor and just sit back and relax. The beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms look newly renovated. Speaking of gems, Karen is also one of them! She makes all the guest truly feel at home. Whether it be her availability to answer questions a phone call away or the amazing breakfast she makes in the morning, you truly feel welcomed at the Edgemont. Thanks for showing us around the property!

This is my second B and B I have stayed at and it was wonderful. Very clean, very homey.and very friendly. My sister and I stayed in the North bedroom. Little problem with the wifi in that room but No biggie, The home is beautiful. Just so you know there are no TV's anywhere. As for Karen she serves up a wonderful breakfast and is so friendly and makes you feel like you belong there. I Loved it. Thank you Karen hope to stay again soon.
