This office has to be the most compassionate, caring, thorough, and loving vet office in CNY. Dr. Burke truly cares about our special little pup, and has been there for us during difficult times. When our poor pup was attacked, she had us come in right away and is the reason why she is doing so well now. She treats every issue seriously and with love. The care is better than anywhere else in the area and prices are most likely cheaper than anywhere else. Truly a hidden gem.

The new owner has charged us over 2000.00 in the last 4 months for miss diagnosis our dog saying he had an ulcer and a spinal injury. We went to Cornell hospital had a full blown blood work and X-rays done. The dog is fine. The mental anguish she put us through and over charging us to pay for her new practice. Do not use or trust them.

We are new to this practice as we just moved to the area and I absolutely love this vet! They take such good care of my 3 dogs who are all older and have various problems and the service is phenomenal. It is always super easy to renew my dog’s prescriptions too. Love them!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. They are so kind, they tolerate my millions of calls and questions and concerns with grace and patience, and they care so much about my pets. My pets return the affection, too - no one dreads going to the vet in our house. When I have an emergency, they ALWAYS make time for my pets without making me feel like I'm causing trouble for them. As an added bonus, their amazing care does NOT break the bank - they are super reasonably priced. It's a win/win all around!

DVM Norris and her assistant saved our 11yr old cat Sox. My wife and I were certain our cat was not going to make it through the weekend. We took him there on a friday afternoon and by saturday afternoon he was noticeably better. Now on thursday he is almost 100 percent. We are extremely satisfied with the level of care given to our cats. Thank you so much Dr Norris and staff for your kindness and compassion.

I needed a vet quickly and they squeezed me in for my fur baby ...They are so accommodating and polite...Kerry was honest and informative...Even though you prepare yourself for the worst case scenario...you really aren't prepared in your heart ..She was honest in her assessment..informed me well of what I could do .she even gave me some options as far as meds until I was ready to make the decision.but, I knew it was selfish of me to prolong things because I didn't want to let him go ..she put me as ease in that I was doing the right thing by him ...so just a few days passed and we did the knowledgeable thing by him Oct 8 th 20201 he went peacefully with the help of our vetThank you so much it was greatly appreciatedPs..Dr Stearh in union springs also was as ease and pleased when I told him that I brought him to you ...he highly recommend you and said you r very compassionate knowledgeable in your professionThank you againTretton's mom
