Horrible service and the arrangements are less than fresh. The prices are super expensive. I needed funeral flowers and they were going to charge me double that I ended up getting charged from another florist. They no longer have a florist in house and it shows. Very unhappy with getting month old flowers.Response to the owner: What you are saying is false. I ordered just recently and was disappointed. You do not have a designer on and it shows. I have posted the arrangement that was received and I am not confused as to who I dealt with. You are the only “flower shop” in Mooers NY. As for charging double we went to Nelson’s and I got what we needed for half the cost. The arrangements on your social media are not what we receive. Very disappointed. We didn’t even have baby’s breath and the dyed flowers were dry and crusty.

I called this morning to send flowers to a service at the funeral home across the road for a service tomorrow and the woman who answered the phone was so pleasant her customer service was nothing short of AMAZING she even was willing to fulfill my special request with no hesitation I HIGHLY recommend using Copper Rooster for all your floral needs ! After the customer service I received today I would never go anywhere else : )
