Last week I came and slipped up on entering Walmart through the Home and Living entrance. I was too embarrassed to do anything but have severe knee pain that has yet to alleviate. Additionally, I was inches away from smashing my head on the concrete. I'm writing so that the store can properly Maintain a SERIOUS issue. Had I been older, I would have shattered my knee.So, if you're coming to the store via the Home and Living entrance- BE CAREFUL

30 checkout aisles and like three open. Self checkout staff doesn’t not clearly explain and are rude. “Scan only.” Yes I’m scanning my items. “It’s scan only!” Ok. I’m going to use the scanner. “You can’t use that one unless you’re scanning.” What does that even mean?! You have to use the app. So I can’t use this checkout unless I’m purchasing through the app? Yes. They need to explain better and not get an attitude when they are unable. Then two other boys get a nasty attitude because they could not explain themselves correctly. Last I checked, every self checkout is a “scan only” device.

Walmart is fine. I live 30 minutes from mahwah NJ, . but for the rest the prices and promotions are good….. it has parking and the section of beautiful plants and well-kept plants…. fruits, vegetables variety of things that you can find from fishing, camping, games, toys, groceries and food to be found at aka and the attention is very good frutas, verduras variedad de cosas que puedes encontrar desde pesca, camping, juegos, juguetes, víveres y comida que se encuentran en aka y la atención es muy buena. 🌽 🥦🍈🍌🥥🍉🍒🍅🍑 🍇 🍆 🍓🥑 🍍 🌶️ 🥐 🍠🥔 🍞🧀🥞 🥓🥚🍤 🍫🍿 🥜🌰🍪🍩 🏸🥅⛸️

The auto center has poor customer service. I scheduled an oil change and after waiting 30+minutes I was told they don't do oil changes for Hyundai year 2020 going forward as they don't carry the filter. No mention when booking and no mention when dropping off the vehicle. Also no one answers the phone when you call. Overall would not suggest using them using the online system.

Second time doing curbside pickup where I’ve checked in after having only ordered a few items only to see another car pull in after me, check in, and be served before me. Not sure if employees are sorting by spot number instead of check-in order, but it really seems unfair that I should have to wait and watch two other people who arrived after me be served first. This doesn’t happen to me at other stores that offer curbside pickup.

This place is huge, very affordable prices and you can find anything you need. Furniture, food, baby products, frames, books, surprisingly good quality clothing, disposal equipment, kitchen supplies, stuff for gardening and garage. Cleaning supplies and electronics. All in one you can find here.

I love the store, always have what I need and more. Produce is fresh and well stocked, and employees are polite and helpful. But there one thing I wish you would bring back: a clothing line by Secret Treasures, I don't care for the brand you replaced them with. Keep up the good work.

We went to get a child's bike, and we got one, thank goodness they were still in stock . That being said, the bikes for both kids and adults were selling fast. They have everything else you could want, its well stocked and the store is pleasant to shop in. The employees are very friendly and helpful and the bathrooms are clean.Went again recently (actually forgot we'd been here) . They have good produce and the grocery section is really well stocked. Plenty of parking.

Great prices on such a wide selection of stuff. Like that they have more and more organic items as well. The staff is if generally helpful and nice. Long lines but they go pretty fast!

The cashier was so nice. She had to deal with a customer before me that was on a cell phone the whole time. She handled it so well. The cashier then helped me and had a big smile and was so pleasant.

Good store with terrible customer service!I was waiting in the line by the register, and the register couldn’t calculate how much change he has to give….. it took him 15 minutes to figure out that the total change will be $14.99…..And then he was waiting to get a penny another 10 minutesIf I wouldn’t see it I wouldn’t believe itI don’t know why I such a huge chain store like Walmart is hiring such dumb workers

I will never get tired of this store! Its 24 hrs, so you have time to shop around for their great deals! Lines weren't long at all, but they really need to organize the way they categorize their products on their shelves. They also need more workers. It took me a while to find someone to help me locate an item. They also were little help to begin with. Otherwise my experience was good.

Update 5.21.23: NEED TO STOCK UP ASAP. No tofu, no milks seriously,no organic banana, no eggs.Wow.. It's my first time to seeing like these EMPTY shelves..In 2022-------Need to train the employees who pick up items from the floor and the other employees who answer the customer service on the phone at first.Extremely dissapointed to their few crews. I've never had this kind of rude and disrespactful experience at any Walmarts for decades but here on Oct 29th, unfortunately.From 6:25pm till 7:24pm, I waited for an hour to pick up my online orders at their curbside pick up lots on the very cold evening with my toddler. And when finally my turn came, I was told my all stuffs including the organic banana, mandarine, organic milks, and even dinner plate with a bowl were stored in their FREEZER without any common sense. I appreciated for the women employee who brought my orders with honest explains. She apologized for me to wait for so long and what happened to my stuffs. I didn't get mad at first thanks to her honesty but when I called to the customer service, I was very upset.A young lady answered and said I may not be able to return for those frozen produces. I asked her how long the costomer service open on that day but she ignored that question and transfered call to the 'Pick up department' at 8:02pm where already closed at 8pm saying it's not her duty. Lord.. how terrible reply she did. I called three more times to their main number again to speak with anyone who may will answer but NO ONE ANSWERED on the phone.. I had to go there with my baby again to return those produce because they might could say "None refundable" cause it seems I made it like that as for the rude lady's reaction. My baby was about to take a shower at that time and must take the medicine on time but I had to dress him up again and leave home just for returning stuffs before they close since I didn't know how long the service center open. Gosh.. Their system went wrong, the computer could not even find my order list even I gave the SAME credit card what I paid. The manager let me exchange to the same items without any checking the weight of banana. I picked the smaller one by the way.:(I was fully furstrated how they treated on the phone and the waiting time at the curbside pick up. There were more cars with the same situation and only one lady was bring out orders on that evening. I wish I could just canceled and change the pick up time after I parked but I could not. Yes, once you check in, you must wait until they come out and that is their system. Even if they have any error on the computer, there were no choice but staying there or giving up to pick up. Wish they explained more options what I could do when I called.Hopefully this won't happened again to anyone.

Terrible experience with the Walmart mechanics area, it was horrible, they made me wait 2 hour and 30min to change 2 tires on my car, saying that Walmart's policy was to change 4 not 2, but while I was there for that hour no one, no official could show me a policy where it said that, I waited a long time because the mechanics did not want to work on my car where they had to change 2 tires, saying that they did not want to lose their job for doing that and Manager Will left without helping at all. Finally Mike helped us but I won't be back as long as these incompetent workers are here.

This was my first visiting g a Wal-mart in New York . This one was un upstate New York .I didn't get a chance to explore the store since I was on a work related mission. However , growing up in the south with Walmart stores in our area for years , I know the content as well as products / services and history of these particular stores .

Store is generally clean but they have inventory issues. By this I mean they have not cycled and removed expired / spoiled meats since Thanksgiving. Maintenance seems to be an issue as the front bathrooms have been closed for 2 months.

Overall a great place to shop But the wait for checkout is terrible. There’s almost 30 Cashier stations and only 3 is open at the time I’m writing this review. already waiting over 20 minutes
