Great local spot. Staff is very friendly, they have a great variety of items for my cat and dog. I’m especially happy to support a pet store that isn’t breeding and mistreating small animals (petco, petsmart.) Super cute outfits and toys too!

My Fav pet store! I have been coming here for years. Wonderful rewards program. Great coupons that I actually use. Fair prices and the stock is always very good. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. I will not go elsewhere.

All of the items I needed were in stock. Plenty of parking and there was a shopping cart that I was able to take into the store and return to the parking lot after I put my purchased items in my car. The cashier was pleasant and fast. She asked if I needed help taking my items to the car. I like the convenance of being able to park and bring the items back to my car without having to carry them.

This is a great store for pet owners They have so much stock in every category you can always leave with everything you need. Pleasant staff. Knowledgeable. Great hours and curbside pickup.

Staff is friendly, helpful and down to earth. Sales are absolutely great and their everday prices are hard to beat. One of the last great pet stores around. Won't get his kind of service with the "giants". As far as pet food, there's something for every price range from boutique high end to thrifty brands and the selection is massive. Online stores cannot compete with the friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.

I get much of my cat food delivered but occasionally I do have to go to the store for something. The folks at PSP Manhasset are so helpful, whether shopping inside or delivering an order curbside. Prices are competitive, and they carry a great variety of items. Best little pet store around!Updated review 8/31/23. The rewards program is great at PSP also, and I have started taking advantage of PSP's delivery service also. Can't beat free same-day delivery!

Ive been to this store a handful of times at different times and every time I come, the staff is so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I drive to 15 minutes from my home past closer pet stores for the outstanding service and unbeatable prices. This owner should be thankful that the staff is this great!

Products are not hard to find and they are always faced.Nice employees who are always walking the floors to help.If you're elderly, an employee will readily help you get your goods to your car.Prices are good, even on expensive cat food.You can order something and pick it up there, which is something I think many people take for granted...Not the best place to get things for pet reptiles or rodents, but good for cats and dogs and even birds of any size.However...Not fond of how they treat their aquatic animals though. Many look depressed and many die. Maybe this should be something for a bigger location...Overall, nice place to go to get anything you need for your furry friends at a lower price than anywhere else.

The store and staff were awesome but there is NO PARKING. You can't park on the street in front of the store. I had to drive up on the curb. It was very unsafe.

Pet plus store is the best. Everything you need for your dog, cat, bird or any kind of pet you have you will find at Pet Plus. I have found food for my dog and bird that I have been looking for and thought it was discontinued. They also have fish in bowls that I always visit. It's a GO TO PLACE. The staff are helpful and always make you feel welcome. The best!!!
