I had an extremely disappointing interaction with Early Farm and Harware when I called to inquire about the status of my pellet stove repair. Instead of providing helpful information, I was met with rudeness and unprofessionalism. The individual on the phone not only refused to give an update but also threatened to slow down the repair process because I called to check on my stove. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any business setting. I strongly advise against using their services due to their lack of professionalism and customer respect. I have spent thousands of dollars in their establishment in the past but will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.UPDATEThe owner called my husband saying he will not fix the stove and he has 2 million dollars in the bank and doesn't need our business.You can't change how the owner acts

Throwback to the old family hardware store in farm store. A lot of main products that you would need for the yard and farm. The owner is always extremely friendly and helpful and always smiling and joking with customers. You could tell that mindset rubs off on the employees. You would think that prices would be much higher than say a chain like Lowe's or home Depot but really very comfortable. I would highly recommend.

The staff were nice , store had ample selections however everything was priced as though it were the last place on earth more expensive than the Runnings store . Lastly the owner was a smartassed jagoff although his son was pleasant .

Would give 10 starts if I could. I was in the market for a new pellet stove. Tried 3 different places, and this was by far the best experience. Great stoves and amazing prices. Earley was extremely knowledgeable. There was no pressure to make a sale. In fact, Earley talked with me, discussed the details of the stoves, and even urged me to do research before settling and buying the stove. He insisted I went home and did research to make sure I was making the right purchase. I returned later and bought a stove, the staff loaded it in the truck I didn't have to lift a finger. Everyone I dealt with at the store was friendly, professional and honest. I will certainly do business again!Great experience with knowledgeable and professional staff, they took care of their customers

Great customer service and very helpful.A little pricey but price matches the quality of products. started going here over 14 years ago when moved to New York and was happy with all my purchases then and just as happy today with my purchases. I hear they might be carrying sleeping bags coming soon. 🤞🤔 But in all seriousness if you're looking for quality products that last this is definitely the place to find them. And for no other reason they're a local business help keep them alive for years to come. 👍

What can you say great place awesome customer service with attention to detail. It is like the Disneyland of farm and hardware stores. Have a great selection of boots and out door clothes with prices to match. I was very pleased with the purchase of a new chainsaw and dropped one of to be serviced. I would highly recommend taking a look at this place if in the need of so.something was worth the 40 minute drive for me.

Great place to go. They have it all. Bought a pair of work boots. They have a huge selection of boots for every season. I drove nearly 40 miles to get them. Pay them a visit. You will not be disappointed.

I have always enjoyed Earleys! Its a long drive (with normally a giant cup of coffee). A bit frustrated to discover there are no restrooms in this store… or the store next door.

Very friendly, informative, hometown loving staff. They know their stuff and are more than happy to help you with any project you have. I've bought paint, clothing, stone, boots, and my boyfriend will only go to Earlys for his chainsaw blade to be sharpened. Like I said wonderful people and tons of products for your farm animals, pets, and home! Love this place.

Absolutely love this place. I went there to buy high gluten flour for pizza dough. They gave so many choices here, from cake decorating, several different kinds of flour, candy, jams, pastas, pickled products to name a few. Stop by you won't regret it.

Great place to buy birdseed, suet! Overall super hardware store. Great selection of work clothes, boots, etc. Very reasonable prices on annual plants and hanging baskets.
