I know many love self check out but I am not one of them! I came tonight to get some fruit and we decided on a $100 impulse buy, a new outdoor table but once at the register there were no cashiers 😵‍💫And because there were no cashiers to check us out we walked out without the stuff 😏What a loss for you and for me 😔

Very nice Walmart store. This store is always nice and clean. The shelves and produce are always stocked up. The employees always seem to be pleasant and happy to help. The parking lot is most often very clean and safe.

Horrible experience! I selected a tire and was told they had them in stock and would be held for me. First I had to go online and order and pay. When I arrived for service they didn’t have my tires. They put me in something different and now I’m having a hard time canceling my online order! My rear tires were in good shape. I told them I wanted to keep them. When I picked them up I was told they were already put out back and taken away. This is all within ten minutes of my text stating it was ready. I’m guessing a technician needed them. Tire manager offered me $2 a tire

Worst grocery section I've ever seen in a Walmart. The shelves are constantly empty. Make sure you check dates on items, ALOT of out of date and stale items! Customer service is horrific! Managers are useless and seem not to care about the store or the community of which it serves!! We deserve better

DEALS, VARIETY, KIND EMPLOYEES💰🤠💙: Great Walmart location in Macedon - located near a bunch of other great "deal" spots like Goodwill and Dollar Tree! 👕🔥🌴 This location is always well stocked, and has several other stores that rent out space at the front of the store! Employees are very kind and helpful, and they have self checkout lanes, ohhhh yeahhhh!😎🙏💙

Waited over 30 minutes in the pickup section of the parking lot for them to bring out my food... The definitely favor certain customers over others because I've watched over 8 people come and go since I've been here. Ridiculous..

This store in Macedon is huge and has a lot of items available. As you are driving eastbound on Rt. 31 from Perinton, you could easily miss a turn and drive past it because the trees at the lot are blocking the sign.

I was in the self check out with my family, literally 6 inches away from the individual who is supposed to watch self check out, I had items on the bottom of my cart which I scanned. The employee sitting there began taking things off the bottom of my cart, like pulled items off my cart, and began asking me if I scanned them. To which my reply was, in a stern voice, I scanned all these items. He watched me scan it all. After which an employee who was not on shift as they did not have on their badge asked him if he was " alright" as if I physically attacked him. My response to that was I wasn't rude to him or attacking in anyway. I was speaking to my boyfriend at this point. The off shift employee and my boyfriend got into a slightly heated discussion after she interjected herself into our conversation. The 12 year old we had with us asked her, the off shift employee, to not speak to us this way and all she said was she scanned everything. The off shift employees response to that was to step toward our 12 year old and told her that she couldn't speak to her that way. Long story short I have never been so disrespected in a store by an off shift employee or one working in my life. Spoke to the manager and it did seem as they were going to side with their extremely rude off shift employee. I will never shop in this walmart ever again.

It's becoming the new barometer of low quality and poor service. The staff could be extras on the Walking Dead, the store is dirty, the prices are still decent.

Walmart has a versatility that other stores don't. You'll find Automotive, Groceries, a Pharmacy, Tons if Toys, a variety of Shoes and clothing, and household goods, also you'll find all your planting needs.

I tried to buy some Walmart gift cards, which I intended to donate to a local food pantry. After 1 hour and dealing with four employees who could not figure out how to SELL and activate gift cards, I left without spending my money at Walmart. Instead, I purchased some gift cards at a competitor's store.

It was horrible. I always go early Sunday morning. Shelves were BARE like the community was preparing for a huge storm. No one stocking shelves. Only two regular lanes open and one 15 items or less. All three backed up beyond belief. Self checkout lanes were just as congested. Horrible customer service with extremely slow cashiers. No one wants to waste their lives standing in line at the checkout. I waited in line for 20 mins. After buying half of what was on my list. I will have to finish my list elsewhere. Totally unacceptable.

Today I went shopping with my family and of course there are no check outs available with actual people which is frustrating just to begin with. To make matters worse, as we were checking out in self checkout, two employees came into our isle and got in our way and were showing each other videos on their phone as we tried to maneuver around them. They could have been checking customers and actually be utilized appropriately but instead were “price checking”. Obviously there is no training or management of the store. Additionally, when doing price comparisons on my Target App, many of the items we normally buy were two to three dollars more at Walmart. Save your time, money, and frustration and go to somewhere else.

Only one cashier, all self checkouts now. Takes to long to checkout, line runs back to produce area. Just ridiculous!
