They did an AMAZING job. Do not complain about price with the work they do - every detail about my pup has been groomed. She was covered in knots and desperately needed a deep grooming. They did an amazing job and she was so happy when I picked her up, pranced around like she owned the place. Normally she can’t wait to get out of the groomers but she was just so happy with her new clean look. Thank you again!! We will be back very soon!

Great experience taking my rescue dog here for the first time. She was very matted and had never been groomed before. She looks great and I can tell feels so much better! Highly recommend- they are fantastic with anxious dogs! We will absolutely be coming back for another visit.

I have sent my girlfriend’s rescue doggie here & she ❤️ed it!! They did a superb job!! My dog who has anxiety & the vet wanted to put on meds just for nail trims did not need meds @ Spuds. Why? Because they we’re absolutely amazing w/him! He ❤️ed it!! Wasn’t anxious @ all!! The owner went above and beyond! Definitely budgeting his nail trims for monthly visits @ Spuds Spawz👍🏼!

We took our bernedoodle there a few times and each time he was shaved down rather than groomed including his tail. The last time he had a surface abrasion on his leg that really bothered him. Not going back.

I have been working with Madeline for 3 years now - everyone has been more than fantastic. I have a Giant Schnauzer who is extremely fussy about who she likes and is more than happy to let you know if she does not like you - she LOVES everyone and looks beautiful every time I have her groomed. My bulldog has to go everywhere with my other dog and they love to have her (bathe and clip her nails for me). I am disabled so I am more than happy to let them take care of my bulldog :) - when my husband fell ill and had to be taken to hospital Madeline was so accommodating about how long the puppy was with her until someone could pick her up. Yes, you can find a cheaper grooming service but you will never find a more wonderful staff of people who love all animals more than anything else.

Best groomer out there! We have used several groomers over the years in Victor, Fairport and Penfield and Spudz is our last stop! The staff is so nice and personable and gave our golden the best trim!! She looked exactly how she is supposed to look for her breed. Highly recommend this place. And it’s in a great location with a ton of parking.

Our regular groomer was not available so we called Spuds Spawz after reading the reviews. I am so glad we did. They had us in for grooming 4 days later and did a FANTASTIC job. My Maltese is hell on paws when it comes to a hair cut with no exaggeration. Our regular groomer had to use a muzzle and cone, not these ladies. I came in early to pick up my dog and they did not know I was there. I saw one girl snuggling Angel while another girl was grooming her. They were both talking to her in soothing voices and giving her plenty of petting. It was the first time in 13 years that her tail was wagging after a hair cut. That says it all.

Our rabbits nails were getting so long and she doesn’t let us hold her let alone clip her nails, they got me in and they were super fast and professional. One person did the nail clipping while another held her, I couldn’t believe how content our bunny was, I think she sensed their calmness. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent service! Referred by a friend to this super fun Dog Spa!! So friendly, they got her in right away, beautiful results:) We have a yellow lab who sheds a lot and her nails were so long after the winter. She loved it there and was like a silent Ninja on our hard wood floors, hardly and shedding after her wash & blow out:) Highly recommend.

I was very concerned about changing groomers, but I had no choice, since the one I had been using for years is taking a break. I am very very happy with Madeline.When I went to pick up my dog, she not only looked great but the most important thing was SHE WAS HAPPY! I knew it was a great match.Not only did Madeline do a great job, but I knew by the way my dog acted that she was treated great!!I really like the convenience of making an appointment on line and of course the great job she did grooming. (The cut was perfect!)

We booked an appointment months in advance and had to reach out two days in advance to confirm the appointment and we’re told we have to reschedule our Saturday appointment because they have a lives outside of work and choose not to come in on a Saturday. I was contacted by the owner, Madeline, who is very coarse and rude, and has a very, non-customer service personality I would not recommend this place let alone take any of my family pet companions there .

They got me in for an emergency groom when a friend gave me a dog that hadn’t been groomed for a long time due to covid. They took care of him, made him comfortable, and got him shiny and mat free. He goes for his second appointment soon and I am super excited to see his little eyes light up when he sees her. I highly recommend this team of groomers.

We needed our lab Booey washed and deshedded and nails cut. Never had her groomed before but now that she's 13 she needed pampering. Was nervous of how she would behave but Maddie is great. She looks and feels like our old puppy. Highly recommended in our book. Thanks so very much.

I needed to find someone to trim nails and groom another dog. My Frenchie is very protective of me, and can be "nippy" at the vet. My pug mix needed to be groomed, but can be difficult to groom. I could hardly believe ... how both of these boys warmed up to Kendra within about 1 minute! I was shocked. My Frenchie ran right up to her and was cooperative for his nails. My pug mix, turned out beautiful and was happy as if he had been spoiled !!! I am so happy that we discovered this service ... when they say that are always successful ... I can see why!

Im visiting the area for the summer and needed a place for my dog to get a good bath and grooming as I didnt have time to get that done before leaving town. After a Google search and reading the one good review I decided to give Spuds Spawz a chance. Im so glad I did. Madeline was so nice and did a great job with my dog. He can be a little temperamental when it comes to gromming and having his paws and sensitive spots touched, but Madeline seemed very knowledgeable and experienced with all types of dogs and assured me she knew how to handle him. She said he did well. I know he feels much better after a nice bath and a summer trim. Her price was very reasonable too. My boys and I also loved the fact that she has lots of chickens and a couple of goats on the property which we love love love and we enjoyed visiting them. It was a highlight of our day! Im so happy to have found Spuds Spawz and will definitely bring my dog back for another grooming if he needs another while we are still in the area.

My significant other and I are new to the area and had to find s groomer for our difficult mastiff, Buster, who's afraid of both water and other dogs. Madeline did a fantastic job accommodating him and helped make things work when he was being difficult.The farm fresh eggs were great too, and Buster loved his doggy eggs.

Awesome job trimming my dog's nails today! My dog hates going to the vet and has to be sedated and muzzled for it, but no need for any of that here. These ladies did a super job calming him and I'll definately return again!

We normally bring our dog to Petco for grooming but it always takes 3-4 hours and our dog always comes home noticeably stressed. We decided to look into small businesses and found spuds spaw. We are so happy to have found this place. Our dog came home looking so handsome and it took only about an hour. I just feel better knowing one person is giving my dog all the attention he needs in a stress free environment. I recommend spuds spaw to anyone looking for a dog groomer.

The first time I brought my dog here he came home looking and seemingly feeling great.The second time I brought him he came home with what turned into DOZENS of tiny scabs all over his head and parts of his body. So sensitive that I couldn’t touch his head without him yelping. Don’t know if he was brushed too hard or what happened, but I won’t be back.
