It’s usually a lovely experience for me when I come to the pharmacy only when max is there. Paul is unethical and rude refused to replace meds that where damaged. I did the right thing called them then called my doc and my doc sent in a script for the ones damaged. Max set it up for them to be filled today and low and behold Paul was there. Refused to fill them. Even though I spoke with max a few days before hand. This medication can send you to the hospital without it and it’s very uncomfortable not having it. He told me the day I called about the damaged prescriptions because it was crushed into powder so when I opened the bottle it fell all over my floor to sweep it up off of the floor and use the powder. He’s not nice and I can tell he does not like me for some reason unknowen. I live 45 minutes away and I’m not a very fortunate person so it was gas wasted that I don’t have money to replace. Also my child was standing there with me while he treated me in this manner and refused to fill a legal script. Also he keeps illegally putting things on my script I know the rules there is only one pmp and if it says it can be filled it can be filled without questions. I’ve called corporate and can not get ahold of anyone!!!

Finally had my last straw with Kinney and switched back to Walmart. From day 1 that I started with Kinney they couldn't find my prescriptions on a constant basis, and now they cant get a refill and wont take the effort to call the doctor. I've had no problems with Walmart so save your stress and get away from Kinney.

1 star is too much. How is that the medications that are sent in are never available. These are very common medications. I am not sure why I always have to wait 2 days to excuse a prescribed medication. And Debbie behind the counter, lacks customer service and needs some additional training. She left me at the drive thru window for 10 minutes and there was no acknowledgement that I was waiting. When she finally came to the window, she was rude. I do not have these problems at Walmart or wegmans. Get it together Kinneys.

Had 3 horrible experience there with the pharmacist max, since this past January to April ,3 times he had the script there and either failed to or chose not to fill it and I ran out. When I pointed this out he decided to tell me how stressful his job is, like I should be glad that he might decide to get around to it. 1 time I was told it was my responsibility to call in my scripts,… it’s not if I call my dr to do this the recorded message tells me to call my pharmacy. The last time he told me that I guess he had 2 different scripts from my dr and instead of calling my dr to get further info he told me (and I quote)”I’m not questioning a dr”, he was rude ,impersonal and very disrespectful of the necessary pain meds I need after rupturing 3 discs and having sciatica & a permanent saddle block to tough but with burning pain in my leg. Max, needs to understand that part of his job is filling scripts when they arrive and possible calling a dr to clarify and issues and making the customer aware of any issues/questions he may have instead of this happening on a Saturday afternoon and then having to go the night, all Sunday and Monday morning in pain as it did to me. On a side note Max then lied abt what he said to me so I think the company needs to invest in recorded phone calls to ensure he does what he claims he is doing!Sincerely,Jamye Husted.

I love Kinney drugs my son has to have compounded medicine since he has a feeding tube I never run out of medicine for him and they are very courteous Max and Paul are very helpful and understanding pharmacists .My son has a lot of medicines and I highly recommend this pharmacy

For starters they never have what you need in stock. Most of the time it's simple common prescriptions. I've been sent home with either no syringe or the wrong syringe. Which has resulted in giving the wrong doses of medication. I used to use Galens in Clyde before they shut down, which was a small family owned business and never had any of those issues. They always had what we needed. I know people who have switched pharmacies for these exact reasons and then some. Idk what needs to change at this place but something needs changing.

The prices are a bit High here it's often worth it to drive down to Newark to save a few dollars since it's not that far but if you're in a bind or if you don't have a car then this is probably the only grocery store nearby.
