I have so many complaints about this store. I wish I could give this place zero stars. The woman at the cashier was wearing clothing that was openly anti-Semitic. When I complained to the manager the first time she acknowledged it and said she would make sure it doesn’t happen again. But lo and behold I went back and the same woman was wearing the same pro-Hamas outfit. This time I said something and we got into an argument. The store employees here are the worst. Do not go here the staff are full of hate. If this is how they treat people they should be no where near our pets.

I usually pick up my fish from stores in flushing but I found the fish here better taken care of especially how they refuse to sell if they know your tank if overcrowded or if the fish is sick they quarantine appropriately. Never seem like they are trying to make a quick buck. They seem to restock and monitor the fish pretty well and never had an issue with my purchases. They do honor fish that die without any questions asked provided you have the dead fish and separate water sample. Easy 30 day guarantee with very knowledgeable staff

BS +++BS +++So far so good. Brought my Mochi here today to be groomed by Ashley. She's a 10 year vet for puppies and small dogs. The original person I booked apparently is no longer taking clients (The Manager) but put my appointment with Ashley. Apparently Peter is not good with the little ones. At least he was honest. Maybe he just doesnt want to deal with a small figety puppy. My 5lb dog is definitely calm though. So let's see how it goes. This is a 2-part review on the services and pricing. Ashley did a phenomenal job and actually paid attention to my request. Total came out to $73.00. Tipped her in cash. The cashier asked if I wanted to tip again. The groomers here are great and are very educated.Now about location. This place is in a busy mall right off LIE. Place is busy and clean. Mostly Asian workers. The inside is fully stocked and does not smell like a dog. I'm definitely coming back. Also always asked for them to do gland expression. IYKYKBoomsauce Scale:BW - basura (trash)BS - basic (come on! People at this store, especially at the cash register are pushing their pro-hamas agenda to their customers. When asked about it, it was a very antisemitic response. Will not go back to this store. Suggest the same for everyone else

Loved this Petco. Staff were beyond friendly. Showed my little niece some of the lizards up close & personal. Few dogs were getting groomed and owners looked very satisfied. Parking available and place wasn't crowded.

Never going back store is dirty it smells stink the customer service is very poor the doctors was very unprofessional was not business like it was a 2 woman and a man doctors lior tone was very loud and aggressive and the other doctors I didn't get they names but they didn't have good customer service they was very nasty and after that I went straight to petsmart and I got the best customer service ever and I'm never going back to petco ever again...

I've been taking my boys to get groomed by Ashley for over a year and she is always great with them and they look fabulous. Today Karen who I believe is a manager (if she's not, she should be) assisted me with an issue I was having with my petco app. Only 1 of the 2 free grooming coupons was applying to the scanner. Karen took her time with grace and professionalism to call customer service on my behalf to fix the issue. The issue was resolved and both boys got a free day at the spa lol. She is an extremely patient person with great customer service skills. Thank you again ladies for yet another great Petco experience!

Sue is a terrific groomer, and it's obvious she loves canines! The staff are courteous and professional, and I trust them to take care of Punky, age 14 1/2. Punky has been a client for more than a dozen years and is well taken care of by Sue and her team.

This is one of the better petcos in queens. The staff are knowledgeable and attentive. Pick up orders are actually fulfilled in a timely manner compared to other petcos. I usually come for fish and their tanks are not filled with dead/sick ones which is a plus.

Close place to get quick supplies but not best or a must go for the fish selection. Not only cares about variety but quality of their stock. Not sure if just me or had bar experience with picking up a fish from them and eventually not outliving month. I have no problem with kissena or monster aquarium because their stock I know will be healthy or won't sell to you
