The staff is friendly and helpful, and its a beautiful store inside. It has a cozy, comfortable feeling to it. My son and I enjoyed wandering around, just perusing. Will definitely be visiting again!

Typical, locally owned Ace Hardware. In other words, a great place to shop! I find many of my repeat purchases here for less than the big box stores down the road. Very friendly and knowledgeable people.

The ultimate customer service!!!! I came thru Little Falls on an Erie Canal bike tour and needed a pair of safety glasses to keep the dust out out of my eyes. I spotted this Ace Hardware and went in. After for some looking and not finding what I wanted, the cashier also looked came up short. We chatted for a minute and I left, biking down the road for a few miles. Suddenly I look over my shoulder and there is the cashier waving a pair of glasses that had just come in out of her car window. They were perfect as was the customer service. Kudos to the cashier and the manager who hired her.

Don't let the exterior of this place fool you they have a nice selection inside the staff is friendly and very helpful if you don't want to deal with the hustle and bustle of Lowe's this would be a good alternative
