Inventory management is a HUGE problem in this store caw caw. I've worked retail all my life and I understand how corporate throws you so much product that you have no place to store it. However this is just pure lazy caw caw.Three employees stood at the register talking about personal conversation while cashing me out, using vulgar language. No bag offered, no receipt.Will change review score if it improves in the future caw caw.

Nothing but harassment when customers enters and exits store.There's an employee there that brings her socially challenged teenager and group of future inmates to set outside the door. One of the boys lunged at me to block me from entering the store as the ratty girls continued screaming piggishly telling me I'm not aloud to enter the store. They threatened me and told me that the lady that works inside the store is going to attack me physically!.needless to say, I called the cops. They came, told me that they deal with this family all the time, They live on Kng street so I guess that's as far as it goes .In order to pick up junk from the Little Falls Dollar General, you have really put your life on the line.

Since Shelby took over this store the level of service has gone up tenfold. The lines used to be ridiculous and the staff was extremely complacent. However I must say I was in here earlier and a very unprofessional regional manager (I'm assuming) was chewing out management IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. I'm extremely disappointed by this behaviour, how she ever got to that position in retail is a mystery to me.

Went in for a tin foil pan, shelf was marked $1.00 and was charged $2.50. The cashier Sheryl gave an attitude and I showed her where they were on the shelf. Her attitude got worse and she started swearing with the f word. She shouldn't be working with customers with that attitude after the store stocked the shelves wrong.

Staff is usually always friendly. BUT..... the store is cluttered and a mess. Things always out of place so you never know the correct price unless you go sticker hunting and match the numbers. You should also give yourself extra time as the line is usually long and slow.

Great staff, good parking. Not enough back room storage as there tends to be inventory staged in big carts which impedes on isle traveling. That's no reflection of the wonderful staff and great customer service!

Cashier robin is very sweet and helpful!!! However another staff ed could not be bothered to take 5 steps to the coolers to check the price of eggs when I called 🤔 but robin will help you with anything you need with a smile on her face😊

This is an American based company but when you call their corporate office it’s overseas answering. I’m not talking to someone overseas!!! I’m not very happily every store you walk into is a mess and you can’t walk down the isles this is not only a fire hazard it’s not acceptable. One of the best Dollar Generals I've been in a very long time!This review is coming a little late but it still holds true .. I was on a mission this past summer to find quality, pretty sundresses at reasonable prices. So, I said "let me try Dollar Generals, why not..Needless to say, I visited over six (6) of the until I happened across this one in Little Falls NY and hit the JP!!I was not only able to purchase almost all my summer attire there, but also the cutest shoes, sandal, for myself but also for my grandson, yay!This Dollar General is jammed packed with many many goodies that so many just don't even carry.Great deals, selection, staff, and stoer all the way around!

Always can count on them. Live for the soda sales. Most times it's more cost effective to shop here than at Wal-Mart. All paper products, detergents, and most hygiene products are cheaper here. Dollar General is always worked into my monthly budget!!

Too much clutter. Small store why bring all ur merchandise out on the floor to stock. And just block everything. Also older gentleman mas clearly sick couching into hand then handling everyone's items cash etc

Small department type store. Not very big, but very limited for where to shop in Little Falls so something is better than nothing. Aisle are a bit tight, but again atleast it's to fit product so it's acceptable.

I was in this store yesterday. It was the messiest, unorganized store I have ever been in. You couldn’t walk down so many isles (never mind push a cart), because they were piled high with boxes. One cashier on and the lines were very long. As I was leaving buying nothing because I couldn’t find what I was looking for, I said this place needs a good manager. What a mess, I will never go in this store again.

Hard to shop when there are racks of merchandise blocking the aisles. Either have a night crew or put more people on during the day. Don't pull the racks from tje back until you can pthy them

Evey time I go in little falls store it's packed with product all over you have to walk around. Always a long line, hardly ever two registers open. Yesterday spent half my lunch waiting in line after one other customer
