Was followed around by not 1 , not 2 , not 3 but 4 employees, I understand security but how intrusive can a business be and still expect a customer to spend money with them? When I mentioned something to an employee, he asked if I have a guilty conscience. WOWDON'T GO HERE. As you can see in the photos , a big ol steamy pile right in front of the entrance . That about sums up the place!!!

Customer Service at this Tractor Supply Co. store is terrific. Manager's Mike "MJ" and Joe while looking out for Tractor Supply Co., also look out for ....also give a damn about, the Customer's of their store. Both are personable and professional. Thank you both for your hands on, give a damn assistance on 6/22/23 and 6/23/23.

Very nice store with a decent inventory of supplies for gardening. Very nice clothing line for outdoors mainly. I can really only afford the clothing when on sale only because I'm on a pension but I believe the prices are competitively priced. Nice selection of pet supplies. I found a number of items I hadnt found locally unless I were to search online but i prefer to see what I'm buying in person if at all possible

Unprofessional..went to do the trailer rental and got the the run around from the the cashier,workersand store manager.cashier says they are not set up for trailer rentals and store manager says trailer need to be inspected. Then when I called corporate and that was no help cause the store manager tells them it needs to be serviced. So wich one is it that I can't do the trailer rental??

My first time stopping in last week at this location. I must say I am impressed on how well kept & organized it was maneuvering inside the store. Sales Associate Daisy went out of his way to assist as I was unsure about what heater to purchase. Will be back again!

The blade of a recently purchased lawnmower broke off after hitting a rock leaving part of the bolt in the shaft and the blade adapter in pieces. Mike, the manager of TSC in Lake Katrine, helped me identify the parts I needed to purchase to replace the broken ones and then drilled out the broken off bolt and fitted the replacement parts so that I had a usable mower again. Best customer service going the extra mile that I have received in a long time. Highly recommended!

i came here a couple days ago to exchange a pair of carhartt pants i bought for my boyfriend. i usually have a good experience here but this time was much different. i was met with a disgusting attitude and disrespect from one of your employees named kalin, although im not sure if thats the correct spelling of the girls name. i had asked her if i could exchange the pants and she told me no. i asked why and she told me i should have bought the right size in the first place. i told her she was a bit disrespectful and she said thats not her problem. i like this store, the carhartt is a lot cheaper than most places. but if the employees are going to treat their customers this way, i will spend my money elsewhere.

This store is great if you are going in to pick something up that is in stock. I ordered greenie dog treats for my dogs on the 20th they were out of stock and it said it would ship it to me. Today when i noticed it was taking a bit of time to get them I checked my order to see it was delivered to the store, not my home, on the 24th. I did not get a notification email that they had arrived. When i called the store this morning, after being disconnected twice while they were checking, they said they couldn't find my order and would pull something off the shelf for me to match. They couldn't explain why i wasn't notified and why my order was canceled without any warning it would be. Very unprofessional. Very disorganized. Now I have to drive 20 mins to pick up dog treats that should have come to my home directly. Shopping in the store is fine..don't order anything online and have it shipped to them for pick up.

I love this store! I like Tractor Supply in general but this store has very friendly, helpful staff. The store is usually well stocked and there are items carried here that I didn't find in Lake Katrine. I'm grateful they're so close and I look forward to my next visit here.

Ordered fence posts online for pickup in store.They attempted to give me the wrong posts, it turned out the correct ones were not in stock.The options I was given were to go to another store (none local had them in stock), wait and see if they come in on a truck next week, or pay more than the cost of items in shipping

They may not have everything in stock all the time but the staff is cheerful and helpful. I love hearing "Yes, I can do that for you." Still have great staff. And still may not have everything in stock but you can order it for delivery( free if you are friend) or pick up.

Another bag of moldy horse grain! Second this year. This time bought 4 bags and one had bad case of mold only on seam of bag. From manufacture date to purchase about 2 weeks so not a manufacture issue. Appearantly they do not always store grain inside and will let it get rained on while "wrapped". Too bad as generally like store but can no longer trust feed from them.

Went in for dog food, walked out with several other item as well. Lots of selection almost to the point of being overstocked, as the aisles were tight for a cart. Lots of stuff to choose from, many of which I would like to get. Cashier was friendly and checkout was quick.

Looking for bottle jacks at a reasonable price, but not to be found here. $30 at competitor's place (HF) (but not in stock today). Same lifting capacity at TS, but they wanted $45. Didn't really want to pay 150% of the cheaper price for something I'll use 2 or 3 times. If I were to use them regularly, and depend on them lasting years under heavy use, I wouldn't buy from either place.

The sales help is the best. Colin gave us his undivided attention and the manger Sean and anther associate can't remember his name. We were going to go to Lowe's and Home Depot but because of the awesome customer service we purchased everything there. It was over $ 5000.00. keep up the great work. Thank you

Store is always clean, but inventory is sketchy at best. They always have allot of empty slots on the shelves, generally the products I need. Staff is inattentive 90% of the time. They are usually rude once you get their attention.

Kinda tucked away in the back of the plaza but we'll stocked, always friendly staff and good product selection. Won't get my dog food and treats from anywhere else anymore. Definitely beats either of the "box" pet stores.

I bought a dog crate for my new pup. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Speaking from experience, The quality of the crate is very well built, will last for years. The price was also very competitive with other suppliers.

Went there for two items, they were out of stock on both! One item was their particular brand of dog food... For health! The other item was talc... Anti monkey butt! In both cases neither clerks that I dealt with was willing to check inventory or help me look for the items! I like Tractor Supply, just not this one!

This Tractor Supply location is a very busy location. They have a decent selection of goods that are needed on the farm.They can't seem to keep Carhartt pants sizes in stock. I think corporate wants to sell their brand of clothing, but they just don't hold up. I will be back.
