Went here with my boyfriend for a date. We had such an amazing experience. I made him a shark and he made me an eevee. The process is so easy and fun. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Always love going here <3

I went here yesterday with my 4 friends and I haven’t been to build a bear since I was little. It was really special for me even though I’m older now. The workers were amazing and they all gave me high fives. They helped us with our crowns and naming them and they were so nice to us. I got matching stitchs with a boy I like there and I wouldn’t want to go to any other build a bear to do it. Love this place.

My daughter loves this place, we were there recently the last two weekends. They have nice employees, were very kind and patient, great with kids. We had a wonderful experience. You can tell them exactly how much stuffing you want in your stuffed animals. I usually get them floppy because their softer that way. The price wasnt bad, i think i payed $17. Thats with out any added accessories.

Cute place. Went with my son for his third birthday. You may not know this but on a child's birthday they let you build one of the bears for only the cost of the child's age. So my son's bear only cost 3 bucks. The girl that helped us was very sweet and really good with kids. My son responded to her really well and he's normally shy.

Went to get our $2 bear for my daughter's second birthday and spent over $50, but we knew that would happen and she had a great time.

I personally would like to give a shoutout to and thank workers Amanda and Eddie for an AMAZING experience. I asked them for this bunny, which they didn't have in stock that day, but imagine my surprise when employee Amanda UNSTUFFED one of the stuffed bunnies on display in the store just so I could have the one I wanted! I felt bad at first, but the fact that they went out of their way to be so kind to me just blew my mind. Eddie was also an amazing and kind cashier.Definitely come to this location for the AMAZING staff!

Visited this location to make a bear for my daughter. The store was empty We were not greeted or acknowledged at all and there were 3 employees standing and talking while we waited to stuff the bear. I had to say excuse me to get their attention then they still waited to finish their conversation before assisting me.After the bear was stuffed I made the “birth certificate “ I again had to say excuse me to be assisted to purchase the bear. Your company can save money by just having one person if the store is dead because all the employees do is talk amongst themselves while customers wait to be assisted. Worst experience I had at build a bear.

A fun thing to do on a winter afternoon with our 1.5 yr old. The young lady who helped us, Kourtney, was so sweet, helpful and patient- clearly great with small children. Not sure if any management will see this but she is a gem! Thank you!

I have been coming to this BAB for years & it has always kept its magical appeal. I love their selection & store cleanliness. Most staff members are very friendly & helpful. Even as an adult, I appreciate the special experience the staff members create.

Cool concept for kids to build their own stuffed animals. The price on the other hand is out of control. $ 100 for a teddy bear and a couple accessories? Not gonna do that again.
