Bagels are fresh. They have many cream cheese to choose. Ordered basic crispy and crispy cluck. So far the best bagel breakfast in that area.

The staff were extremely kind and the service was good as well. Our complaint is the food. We purchased 2 BLT - one on a gluten free bagel and one on a roll. Photos below . The roll was so sad - it had a piece of lettuce, a piece of bacon and a small slice of tomato. The gluten free one was the same. We were very disappointed.

Well had one if those moments when it was time to pick a new place and we found this place , so I had the crispy cluck what a good bagel sandwich has a hashbrown and chicken and cheese it's supposed to come in a garlic bagel but I got a cheese bagel instead, I'll be coming back agin , also the place was very nice and the people that worked there where nice 😀, oh and also they have a bait shop as well In the place

First time at this place after working in the area for the past year. I think I found my new sure shot for bfast and lunch. I'm halfway through the crispy cluck which is delicious. Creative menu items, very quick and friendly service. Go check them out!

This place is special! The bagels are first rate and they have some really awesome breakfast sandwiches in addition to my favorite standbys. The space the filled with light and there is plenty of seating. Oh, and they have pastries too! Blondie is full of charm and really, really took care of my family when we were there with our girls last weekend. We'll be back! I would highly recommend!

Do yourself a favor, dear readers. Call ahead and order a 'Basic Crazy on an Everything Bagel, Toasted'. It will be the best breakfast sandwich you've had in ages, and if you go back next week it will be the best sandwich you've had two weeks running. In a world of stale chain bagels and weird froofy coffee, this place makes hearty breakfast sandwiches on fresh bagels daily. Any reports of green staff are behind this place, and they are slinging accurate orders with the best of 'em these days.

This is not a review on The food, this is a review on the owner's character.I am a small business owner.Who supplies this business with product and on July 12th made a delivery to this establishment And accepted their check in good Faith. The check was returned in sufficient funds not once, but twice. Since then, I have made several phone calls in several trips up to try to resolve the situation.Only to find when I got there. The store was closed when it should have been open. When I did catch a man? I would be told. I will call you tomorrow and set up a way of sending you the money. Only to never get a call, this is The way they treat the vendors. How will they treat you as a customer when things go wrong? I think an owner of a business's character is just as important as how good the Product this And if a business owner won't do the right thing with the vendors, will they do the right things for their customers to this day? I still haven't seen a penny. And it's only a $120.

Been looking for a new breakfast spot for some time and decided to give Blondies a try. I’m so glad I did! The Dirty BEC sandwich was killer! They have such a great selection of cream cheeses to choose from too. Friendly staff and great atmosphere as well. Will definitely be back!

Went here over the weekend for the first time with our two young daughters. The owner and staff were so friendly. Everyone was so sweet to our kids and even played special music on their speaker for my daughters to dance and have fun to. The bagels/cream cheese were delicious and place was fun! Definitely will be back!

Been there twice, both times the food was very good, friendly staff. First time had a bacon, eggs &cheese with the hash brown on an everything bagel. The bagel was fresh, and soft not hard and chewy like other places. Second time I had the egg sandwich with the chicken cutlet, very good! I would definitely recommend.

Bacon egg and cheese was good, they use 2 eggs! the bagel was delicious. Staff was nice! Only thing I wish they had put salt and pepper on when I asked other than that it was great

Delicious food, great vibe. My family and I walked in and were greeted with such warmth and hospitality, we felt like celebrities! We were here from out of town and the owner gave us tons of recommendations, showed our kids worms, played kid music for them, and made us feel welcome to relax and let them be kids. We went back every morning of our stay. Now we’re going to have to make it an annual visit!

Best bagel place in Hudson Valley. Well dear I found out that they make the bagels them self and they were perfectly made too. Many options on how you want your bagel stuffed. There is even a suggestion box for a cream cheese flavor you want to spin. I tried their Ruben in a Bagel and it was fresh and flavorful. Met the owner too, she is very friendly and open. She made us feel like we were the regulars and now we will be.

First and last visit. Gluten free bagel was very very tiny and obviously a store bought O’Doughs bagel. Cream cheeses in the case looked old and dried out. Bought a few other bagels with cream cheese. Cream cheese was spread thin and skimpy. Sesame bagel was maybe a 6 and all the sesame seeds were falling off essentially making it a plain bagel. I could not get over the fact that the bagel store is also a bait shop. Nothing like having worms in the same shop food is prepared.

Absolutely amazing first experience. Blondie hooked it up for me and my boyfriend. Told us recommendations. I got a plain bagel with chive cream cheese and I was blown away. My boyfriend got the basic crazy sandwich and he devoured it lol. She gave us some samples of bread pudding!!! We will definitely be going back! Thanks blondie

This was my second time trying this out in hopes I would be pleased. It was again another odd experience, though.Help was kind, yet very young & inexperienced (I gave exact amount in cash and very young cashier counted it about 3 times) and then the food. I’ve never seen a bagel from a bagel shop be so small and hard. This is not a NY bagel by any means? It looked more like it was a frozen Lenders bagel? Not sure what is going on, but I’ve noticed the reviews are similar.I love supporting local and I’m saddened that the quality is just not there.

This business owner does not deserve to have a place of operations. They have commited fraud to scam other small businesses out of money in order to get free work/repairs/labor etc. Its truly a shame that they are allowed to operate when the owner is hurting other businesses in order for theirs to succeed.Even this google page is fraud because all the positive reviews are just friends of the owner. The food is subpar at best and the establishment is unkempt and gross, even have seen bugs.

One word to describe it AMAZING. Without any doubt in mind the best bagel or breakfast place in all of dutchess county. The bagels are amazing and the bacon egg and cheese is so full of egg they don’t cheap out on you. (Great bacon too). I go here atleast 4x per week absolutely love this place. Great customer service family and friends owned and operated. They also have all of these really good and creative different cream cheese options.

OMG What a wonderful culinary experience I had today at Blondie's Bagels and Bait. First the Owner is such a pleasure to talk with and her passion really shows through in the food she serves. Jalapeno Bacon Bagel was on point and so way the slow roasted roast beef I had on it (Chef Steve said he cooked it for 6 hours). In my best Terminator Voice, "I'll be back"

I asked for avocado on my bagel and the avocado was brown as dirt – it was literally rotten. The bagels themselves are not very good and not at all worth their prices.Go here only if you're desperate. Better yet, don't go here at all. It's not a good restaurant.

I don’t give out five stars easily but they deserve it.. the food is fresh the bagels omg they are amazing!! My fav is the French toast bagel.. I’ve had both their breakfast and their lunch sandwiches.. if your looking for a treat look no further..Also they are very friendly here ..Great job Blondie’s you have a customer in me😍
