This store is absolutely disgusting. Dirty, bugs on the ground inside, product every where. Try telling someone that you can barely walk down the isle and the response was "its hard keeping it clean" this place definitely needs a regional director to inspect it.

I watched the store manager Kaitlin yell at a elderly lady in her mid 80's, manager refused to sell to the lady bc she asked for these big bottles of water 1 in a bag so it doesnt break the bag. She refused to bag that way to help, and in return she made the lady leave crying, I asked the lady if she needed help to load the items in her car she politely declined bc of refusal to sell anything. 3 other customers asked what was going on and even offered to help. Poor lady was treated so nasty by a manager, what's this world coming to. Avoid this store at all costs, I mean unless you enjoy being treated like dirt..

Here is my personal experience with Family Dollar, I have been doing my shopping there for the past 2 years and they have always been very kind to me for the most part dispite the location they are in.The staff is friendly and they try there best to make the customer feel welcomed.The manager there LeeAnn is really polite and professional and so is the staff just as long as people don't do anything to cause trouble.I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars because I have encountered customers there who have a very poor attitude to the manager and staff.I will continue to shop there because they have always been polite to me,thank you kindly for trying and doing your best!

The prices are decent. They usually have anything you are looking for. They have a great selection of holiday decorations. The employee that was working today when I went in was very helpful and was great at Customer service. She was very friendly and polite and quick at checking you out and making sure you had everything you needed. UPDATE ** They done seem to have the selection of holiday decorations as what they used to have. It seems now that some prices are decent and some prices are kinda of expensive for FD. Thats just my opinion. But it could also be due to inflation of everything nowadays. As for the staff they are still very polite and wiling to help with anything. The store manager Leeann was there today and she was very polite and had great customer service etiquette and was quick to check you out with out making you feel rushed.

Terrible store! Avoid it all cost. Use the dollar store 20 yards up the road.Food is outdated, the store is a mess, workers are ill trained and the manager is the worse of all. She's always standing around outside smoking and is unfriendly to customers.Shop elsewhere until they fire her and rehabilitate the store

Beaucoup de friandises sucrées à bon prix.C'est ma chaine préférée de magasin du dollar aux États-Unis. Courte visite hier le 24 août 2018 en début de soirée avec un copain au retour d'une balade en moto. Le rayon des calories sucrées est particulièrement bien garni alors diabétiques, s'abstenir.
