In addition to the highest quality and freshness of their flowers, David and Hannah are incredibly considerate, always taking the time to understand my needs and preferences. Their expertise in selecting and arranging flowers is evident in every bouquet they create. I also love the fact that they suggested a self-watering pot for my rubber plant - it survived a month and half of my absence during winter, and it is thriving still.The shop itself is a testament to the passion and pride that they put into their business. It's well-organized, aesthetically pleasing, and creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all who visit. I also appreciated the care tips provided, which helped keep the bouquet fresh and vibrant for an extended period.Overall, this is the perfect place to go if you value quality and expertise!

This is an absolute gem of a place! The folks there are amazing, with fantastic taste! They can work you up the most glorious bouquet in mere minutes and have a really great and unique selection of gifts, cards, and little household and personal goodies. One of my go-to spots when I want to treat myself; their grab & go sunflowers are the perfect burst of sun during gray days and they last so long! Cutest shop dog Lila too. Highly recommend a stop by with some time to browse.

I’ve had two really wonderful experiences with the Willow Floral Studios so far (and I anticipate many more)! I purchased a polka dot begonia from them in May and they were so helpful with care advice. The begonia is thriving!And just this week they helped me with repotting some very intertwined snake plants! Again, they were so helpful and gave such great care advice for not only my snake plants but the polka dot plant I purchased. Will definitely be back!

What a great shop! Definitely come check it out. It's the type of place that I just want to linger, it's refreshing and just fills me with a sense of calm and delight. In terms of the flower arrangements, David is absolutely an artist at his craft. Sure, you could probably get some flowers cheaper from a national chain store in the area. But they won't be a piece of art like you'll get at Willow. Seriously, the arrangements here make memories and will be the talk of your dinner party or holiday get-together. Buy local and support this great establishment!

Top notch service with a smile (and cute shop pup!).I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received as a walk in customer. I prefer a very simple arrangement — David took the time and care to make sure I was happy with my purchase even though it was only a few flowers. I never felt pressured to purchase more and couldn't have been happier the final result.They also carry a wide range of thoughtfully curated products from local makers and small businesses.A true gem in Ithaca.

All is I can say is STUNNING. David and his team did an absolutely incredible job creating the most beautiful, fresh, and vibrant bouquets and centerpieces for my October wedding - and I am so thankful! David was so gracious and easy to work with; I came to him with such a late request for these centerpieces and bouquets and he made it happen in just a couple of months' time. We had one great, efficient call and, after that, I didn't have to worry about a thing.The team at Willow Floral used such high-quality plants, my sunflower and greenery centerpieces lasted almost 3 full weeks after the wedding. My greenery bouquet of ferns and eucalyptus is still beautiful and I will be drying it out to preserve it forever!If you're looking for a great deal on amazing flowers/plants and easy, kind, and accommodating service to match, I cannot recommend Willow Floral Studios more. I LOVE this place! So excited it just opened. I stopped in after grabbing lunch and was blown away by the gorgeous plants they have! All of their items are super cute and I left with two pots, a watering can, pitcher and some beautiful matchbooks. The prices are incredible too! Such a warm inviting atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they're always willing to help you find the perfect plant or accessory for your home.What really sets this place apart, though, is the quality of the plants. Every plant here is healthy and vibrant, and you can tell that they're well-cared for. I love how easy it is to get lost looking at all the beautiful knick knacks- it's clear that this store is a labor of love for the owners.If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by this plant shop. It's conveniently located right next to Ithaca bakery, so you can make a pit stop after your morning coffee. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Willow Floral Studios is a great gift to Ithaca. The ambiance in the store is welcoming. The design of the studio makes me feel comfortable as soon as I go in. The owners are knowledgeable and friendly. I have been into the store a few times and love to look at all of the beautiful plants. I’ve purchased a few and am always helped to understand how to take care of each one. Once you’ve visited the store once you won’t want to shop for flowers and plants anywhere else.

Willow Floral Studios is an absolute gem of a locally owned floral/houseplant store! They are always bringing in new products and plants weekly. Their floral arrangements are drop dead gorgeous and they have the sweetest most gentle shop dog who will happily greet you at the door. If you’re lucky you may even get an ‘awooo’ from her! You can even special order some rare plants to pick up in store! I’m not ashamed to say that I stop in at least once a week. They have a unique selection of pots, soil, houseplant care items, local earrings, soap and some house wear items!

What a delight! I sheepishly brought my struggling cyclamen plant in to get some advice about how to revive it. I was met with super friendly service and they helped me by re-potting my plant, and giving it a spa-like treatment. The shop is put together beautifully, with intention and style. I had the most amazing experience at the studio this afternoon with my MIL. Thanks to David and Hanna’s kindness, I was able to give my MIL an opportunity to do something she loves but hasn’t been able to do in a while because of Parkinson’s. Because of them, we were able to create a VIP experience for her that I will forever appreciate. With their amazing attention to detail, and outstanding customer service, my MIL was able to select anything she wanted, at her own pace and then allowed to create an exquisite floral centerpiece. David and Hannah went above and beyond to bring joy to two, new and loyal customers!
