Attempted the big box stores (Lowe’s) which ended up being a total flop, and receiving a refund. Went to the Ithaca Warehouse Carpet showroom and had Chris as a salesman. Can’t explain enough how professional and knowledgeable he was, plus got us a great deal! Professional installation within a week, with a great technician. Highly recommend and always ask for Chris!

Chris in the Ithaca location helped us choose our new carpet. He is friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. The gentleman that came to measure was was efficient and had his estimate done quickly. The two installers called to let us know that they were ahead of schedule. Great service at the Ithaca store. Joe greeted me and offered his assistance but i never felt any pressure, which I appreciate. Everyone was patient as I tried to find exactly what I was looking for. Joe explained the pros and cons of different carpeting as well as options for financing. When it came to the installation, Mao and his partner (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) were incredibly hard workers. I’m very happy with the end result and would definitely recommend Warehouse Carpet to anyone looking for flooring options.

We recently purchased luxury vinyl at warehouse carpet in Ithaca. We were very fortunate to be helped by Mitch. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time to show us many products. He suggested what he thought would work best for us. This happened to be a Karndeen drop lock luxury vinyl. We purchased and installed it. It went together better than any other luxury vinyl that I have installed. We are grateful for a salesperson that is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to spend the time to help you find the flooring that works best for you. Ask for Mitch when you are in the market for flooring!

Last month, we had some flooding at our house and needed some carpet replaced in our basement. Mitch did a fantastic job guiding us towards carpet that would meet our budget and needs; plus Eddie and his crew were fast and efficient when installing our carpet. We had carpet installed with another company in the past, and from start to finish the process with Warehouse Carpet was 100 times easier. Our installer was amazing!!! Super fast, beautiful job, and friendly. He should get a huge raise. He made efforts to ensure the job was finished completely even though he initially wasn’t sent the quarter round or the t-joiners. We were very very happy with the installation and it looks great.

We had new carpet installed the end of Sept 2018 . We were happy with installer, also happy with having the carpet installed soon after we placed the order . We used a different company in 2015 install a great quality carpet in house we sold recently . We changed to warehouse carpet in Ithaca. We took in a piece of the carpet had installed for a example of what quality we wanted . We were told the quality was better than the sample we took with us . So we agreed and had new carpet installed in our new house . We noticed at the time this carpet was not as plush as the carpet we had installed in our house we had soldWe use our house 7 months a year. It's been two years or 14 months since we have had carpet in our new house. We called Joe in Ithaca and told him that the carpet was matting in some areas. They had company person come out and lookat it. He agreed this should not be happening. He took several pictures to show compamy. Joe called and said we needed to have a professional carpet cleaner to clean carpet. So I called this company and talked to representative about this issue. I was told that would be a waste of our money. So I called Joe back in Ithaca , he was not available and I was told that he would call me back shortly. It's been 2 weeks now. This whole issue is the cost of the carpet was less expensive than competition. That should have been a red flag for me. We got what we paid for, a lower grade carpet. We would pay more money for a good quality carpet. (Dissatisfied)Doug Mount

Joe (store manager) was amazingly patient with our never ending demands. We got a new floor installed in our basement and Mark our installer did a fantastic job. They were also compatitive from price stand point. We're greatful that they didn't reflect the price difference on us as our project run over the original agreed price. Installation team was very fast and obviously knew what they were doing. They recommended the installation of a sub-flooring to eliminate lines which were showing through the old carpeting from plywood underneath. Very competent crew. Some confusion though as to whom was supposed to replace a doorway threshhold - but that could have been a communication issue.
