What a joke this place is. The workers are beyond rude. They made us round up to the even dollar, gave us the incorrect change back and when we asked for the rest of our money they got extremely rude and argued they didn’t, and said we’re lucky to even get our money back. I will spend my money elsewhere next year.

The location in Camillus where Bon Ton used to be is eh. A guy that worked there the day we went was very judgy and not very nice. Had no smile, no motivation to even be there and you can tell he hated his job. Got mad at us that we asked to open a package that had already been opened. Which ended up being damaged. I worked at Bon Ton prior for over a year and it was so different. Everything was blocked off. The flow was okay, but the feel was just depressing and run down. If you guys wanna keep that place I recommend at least changing the carpet. The coffee stain I created two years ago was still there. Brought back memories! Maybe y'all can do like a haunted thing throughout the space next year, use up the room and pet customers use the bathrooms!

It's fine. It's exactly like every other Sprit Halloween, and if you're looking for either licenced costumes and accessories or generic, or even some decorations and props, chances are you'll have some luck here.

This store is spooky and amazing. The costumes are more expensive then party city but a better quality. They even have adventure time, game of thrones, and walking dead.I left in awe
