After getting prescriptions filled here for 2 years now I look forward to coming in and seeing the pharmacists behind the counter, what great folks! Organization and finding prescriptions has sped up so much in the past years too, which is great. :)Smaller selection of items for sale but definitely beats trekking out to one of the gross shopping plazas. You can walk to Kinneys from downtown Ithaca!

My favorite small drugstore ever!I have been using them for 9 years and they have never let me down. Everyone there is very personable and goes out of their way to help you at the drop of a hat! Like most small drug stores, prices can be a little high, and selection a bit small. Yet they have most everything you could need within reason. The pharmacy has always been amazing and they work very hard for their customers! Highly recommend!

As a longtime customer I switched to another Kinney’s when I moved further out of town. That was a disaster, repeatedly for 3 yrs. Glad to be back to my usual pharmacy with a knowledgeable and dedicated staff that know who I am when I walk in. Thanks for making my life easier!

Hey you guys are trying your best, but I am worried about the strong smell of mold that emanates from everywhere as soon as you enter the building. I hope something can be done about that, for the health of the customers and the staff.

Not even one star they can't keep driver and they can't even let there customers know when they don't have a driver instead have him sit and wait all day not a star but a big fat sucks

This place has always been great. Always felt like a neighborhood store. I looked forward to going there. Until I left there today. I have picked up a prescription for my wife here several times (non controlled substance). Today I walked in close to closing time, the line is 5 or 6 deep. No sweat I think but notice people are not socially distanced. When I request to pick up her prescription I am asked for my wife's date of birth. I tell the clerk I don't know it, but I've picked this up before and wasn't asked for her date of birth. Her reply to me was, "Well I wasn't the one helping you!" OK, fine. Have it your way,. Give them a "yeah they make us gather this information" or something without an edge. And to elevate your importance as the person serving the customer? That's an "F" in customer care! And you're a pharmacy, not a hardware store! Call me fragile if you wish - the way customers are clustered together (not distanced) and the rude treatment combine to make this place a hard "no" for me.
