I was able to find everything I needed and their prices were decent. They downside to my visit was there was a very annoying static sound coming from the overhead speakers. I am thinking it was due to the rain storms but still...it was hard for me to ignore it

Place is great for discounted tools and you'd expect the items to be poor quality or something for being like $2-$20 cheaper but it's like buying it from another hardware store but for an extra $50 or something. Also there's discounted items because something is missing or broken but as the items I've found they worked just fine. The associates are friendly too and helpful.

Nice selection of tools! We picked up a 20 ton press to fix my boyfriend's leaf springs on his truck! Would have been impossible to put it back together without it! Worked wonderfully!!

I purchased the lynxx cordless trimmer online and it was defective. I brought it you the local store to exchange it. They didn't have any in stock, but the manager told me when it would be in and set one side for me so that I could make the exchange. They have great customer service. I gave it 4 starts because the quality of some of their tools is not very good. Overall great prices for decent quality.

I was greeted warmly when walking in, and even though I needed to do more research before making a purchase, they even asked me whether or not I found what I was looking for after I left. I love their prices for small addon tools as well!

For a quick one use tool ok. Power tools suck big time!!! < That was my previous review.Recently they have Dramatically improved!! Their power tools are pretty much equivalent to anything you'd buy at big box stores!! Welders and Generators are AMAZING!! Great job Harbor Freight!!

Great tool supply company, as long as you don't expect the tool to be professional quality. Lots of things at better prices than the big box stores. With all the coupons they have, even if the tool lasts a couple years, it's worth it..

Smells like butylene and savings! If you go into it with eyes wide open, you can get amazing deals. Who needs name brand gasket picks or impact sockets, wire brushes or wheel chocks? Not this guy! Their jacks are also of outstanding quality.

I hate this place they always have an excuse why you can't use the 20% coupon and the writing is so small on it I can't even read it with a magnifying glass. I used to like this store. I would not recommend them anymore if trying to buy anything other than sockets, wrenches or screwdrivers with the 20% coupon.

They've got good deals BUT!, They ditched the coupons. No more 20% off an item. That was my main drive. I'd save for something and use the coupon. I've lost my drive.

Ok prices.....if u like tools with no batteries! Off brand mostly and u really don't save much, if at all. Ok place here and there but wouldn't recommend you fill you tool collection with these tools.

Ridiculously slow check out. Not sure why they combine customer service with cashier. This causes everyone to wait even with a simple small purchase. Also, computer system was down which added to the wait.

Horrible. The women tried to help us. She even called tech support. They were no help. We paid in cash and the computer made her split the refund. She was wonderful. I don't want that to be lost.

Good deals on many things. Customer Service has improved alot in the last year for sure. Will start going there more often again, based on that fact alone.
