I had a lovely experience with Destiny this morning picking up my medication, until I had a question for the Pharmacist, Jon. I had a simple question about my medication and from start to finish Jon's demeanor was cold and rigid. He snapped at me with comments and made me feel stupid. Jon forced my medication into my hands in the drive-thru and while interrupting me and tried to shoo me away before I could get my question out, and before I even paid. When I told him I hadn't paid he reached his arm back out for me to put the medication back into it. I proceeded to finish asking my question about my medication dosage and he closed the window on me. Destiny, embarrassed by his behavior, tried to make excuses at first and apologized on his behalf profusely. I feel horrified at his behavior and horrified for Destiny and her toxic work environment working with Jon. She informed me it was like this most mornings and that he was "new". I really hope Jon can find not only some inner peace, but also some respect for his peers and the SICK customers he's supposed to be helping, not abusing. I will be getting my medication elsewhere.

Pharmacist Jon has great customer service! His is patient, helpful, makes eye contact, treats me with respect. I truly appreciate him.

The pharmacy manager went above and beyond, found a mistake in our toddler's Rx, called the MD to fix it, and was a huge help when we came to pick it up. Really pleasantly surprised at the whole experience!

I got here to get my covid vaccination done and the pharmacist was really nice. I worried about my admission before getting here because I'm not a US citizen. That didn't happen. The procedure worked smoothly with my passport. The lady who vaccinated me was very kind and professional. Many thanks to her.

Some of the cashier are snotty as all to be . If they don't like how you look they'll close there line until you go to the next teller then they reopen there line back up againAnd be damned if you're blind they won't even bother with you the place juse sucks
