Not a bad store but I was followed and watched and made to feel very uncomfortable. Yes, food is expensive and people steal but I legit had a lady follow me and watch my every move. I am really going to stop shopping in this area.

Lidl is a weird place. I want to like it. They have some interesting selections that you don’t find at regular grocery stores. But they are also sometimes missing staples turning a grocery outing into a multi store visit. Particularly fresh herbs are almost nonexistent.

I shopped for produce this week and looked around the store at other items. All the prices are a few cents less than ShopRite which was my main grocery store after Best market closed down here. They did not have a lot of the things that I wanted including produce like fresh herbs. Lidl is very much like Aldis in layout and stock so certain brands or simply items that I use I couldn’t find. The store is clean the staff is great but in terms of my grocery needs I will probably still be going to ShopRite. This also must’ve been a bad week because the produce that they did have were really bad quality. I was impressed with the fresh bakery but don’t know how any of the things taste.

Only shop here for eggs, milk , European butter which is good and european cheeses which are good- veg and fruits have gotten better but cannot do all my shopping here unfortunately

I had a great time at Lidl. Me and my husband got so many deals. I never knew that Lidl has its own brand on so many things in the store. This is our first time going there and it didn’t disappoint. The only downside is that their cleaning products are kind of sparse. Otherwise highly recommended.

There are some good deals. The merchandise stock is very inconsistent. The store is filthy and shopping carts are all over the parking lot.

The prices are low which is great in this economy and the best part is it's quality product which is how it should be in a market society. If I work hard for my money then it should be able to go a long way and that is what I feel lidl provides. This store in particular is clean and organized as well as more stock than the one near me.

Lidl has it's good things to buy and bad things. We actually bought prepacked salmon and it was great when we cooked it. The center of the store is like and old flea market with bins of clothes, housewares, and other odd and ends. Lidl has amazing fresh baked breads, cookies and baked goods.

Two parts to this review... My general thoughts and then my experience.General thoughts: The store is rather empty compared to typical grocery stores; don't go here expecting to find "the little things" or odds and ends. Tiny sections, small product selections. The store is nice and clean and fine to shop if you're not picky or looking for specifics, but that's about all I have positive about it.Experience: They sent me coupons to use upon opening... By the time they actually opened, they were expired. Nice lady at cashier called a manager over to see if she could authorize it. They still wouldn't accept it and were of no assistance saying check my mail for new ones. Normally I wouldn't care less, but this was rather triggering. So they lost me as a customer. A much better Stop and Shop is the same distance.

Only self checkout open use to have only one regular register open an besides walk away to go help self checkout don’t look like this store will last at this location going to lose more customers total inconvenience people with full wagon don’t want that an older people don’t know how to use who has to grab something an get to work so put person there to handle cash because only excepts, debit or credit but expecting employees to do multiple jobs at once is impossible providing lack of customer service

This store is nice, clean, organized, and has great prices. I will definitely be returning. However, cashiers could improve their customer service skills or rather lack of. I plan on trying out the new Commack location soon.

I love lidl. Prices are great . They have alot of other fun stuff for holidays and home and yard decor. All reasonably priced. Just wish they had a deli to order from. Other than that it's one of my favorite stores.

Brand new store. Seems like it took a long time to convert from Best Market.Best Market was a nicer store with a full line of products. I guess it will take time to get use to.The prices were better though.We bought some steaks from there to bbq last night, they were fresh and they were very tasty. .-)

First time here, few name brands, no deli "to order" counter, 1 check out open, the rest are self checkout. Went as part of a coupon promotion. Ok. I'd visit again.

Cashier was really polite and nice to the woman in front of me asking her about the items she bought. When it was my turn, I said hello how are you he just scanned my items and didn't speak to me. I didn't feel very welcomed my first time there yesterday. Never going back..

It's no Best Market !!! Let me start with that!! You really need to read fine print!! You can get certain favorites or staples at a really good price however read the signs!!! Sometimes when they say limit 10 on chicken cutlets you get to cashier and the limit is not the quantity of packages but the weight limit 10 lbs of chicken .it's things like that unfortunately annoy me. I'll only go if im really desperate .

No rye bread? No sandwich rolls? No loose baking potatoes? No single servings of fresh fish? But they do have fishing rods and other stuff nobody goes to a grocery store for.good prices on their limited selection.Best Market was great, took forever to open this place was expecting better

Produce section kinda.small but I was able to get all I was looking for. Plenty of room in aisle for 2 carts to pass safely. Large seafoo, dairy and refrigerated area. Presliced cold cuts available.Only issue store recently opened some of the meat selections were not on the shelf.
