We used to heartily recommend this company, but no longer They have an ongoing issue with product damage during shipping. The boxes for the 3lb suet cakes is too large and the heavy cakes shift during shipping, thereby damaging the product edges. Also, the Tree Icing has had similar issues in the past. When we called to investigate and suggest a tighter box, the hostile, unnamed "manager" preferred attacking us and arguing rather than listening to our feedback. When asked why she was not being courteous, she hung up. What ever happened to good customer service, has that become a lost art form?

I bought a case of the peanut butter suet cakes and to my disappointment none of my birds that come to my feeders are not interested in your suet cakes. I have a variety of birds coming to my community feeder as well as my specialty feeders for smaller birds. I have bought many varieties of suet cakes yours was the first time purchase and in the future I will not buy your suet cakes. I have still almost a full case. I purchased this case of suet cakes in October of 2018 and I have used approximately 4 cakes out of the case. The ones I replaced where not eaten the squirrels are the only ones that will eat your product. Very disappointed.

I worked here for about a month and I want to disclose this before anyone reads further. Before coming here I knew nothing about bird seed and suet other than the fact that I always enoyed buying some for the birds in my backyard during the winter months. Working here, however was certainly an eye opener! Not only does some very specific research go into designing and procurring quality ingredients for the the products to appeal to the birds and meet their specific nutrient needs, but virtually all the products are hand made by their extremely dedicated staff! I'm proud to have worked at Pine Tree and will always buy their products exclusively in the future.

Nice people loaded fast if theres a truck waiting in front of docks you can pull into car parking area, i backed into it wasnt that bad the warehouse is down the street check into office and the gentleman will take you down there to load you
