I brought when he was 8 weeks old. I was online, saw his picture and fell in love right then. My mother and I went to the store and he started jumping up and down like her I am. I really didn’t notice him but my mom did. I as began to play with other dogs my mom was having a ball with him. He had such character then, and now wow almost three year later he is still the joy of my life. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful store with great employees. I truly trust them and I will be back.

Highly recommend Canine Corral for so many reasons! Went in looking for my furever friend and didn't leave unhappy. The staff was great, super friendly, and answered all the questions I had. I checked out a few other pets stores on long island, and the vibe was just off. This family owned business and friendly staff had me feeling like I made the right choice. They provided me with the breeding info on the dog. And they even sent me home with some worksheets on training/tips for new dog owner. When I walked in to check out the pups, I instantly fell in love with this cutie, but who wouldn't? I have had 0 issues with my dog. She has grown into the most lovable, friendly, outgoing dog. She loves everyone, and all dogs. Canine Coral even helped me re-connect my dog with her brother. I could not be happier that I made the decision to check out Canine Coral, and got my pup from them!!!

I bought a havapoo puppy from Canine Corral in October after months of researching various pet stores in NYC and Long Island and going to several of them in person. Canine Corral did not disappoint and I truly had an amazing experience. They have an incredibly kind, knowledgeable staff who let me take my time playing with the puppies and making a decision. As a first time puppy owner, they calmed all of my nerves, provided ample education and recommendations and even checked in several times during my first week to make sure things were going well. My puppy was and still is healthy, happy and has been the absolute perfect addition to my family! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I’m forever grateful for my amazing puppy, Riley.

We didn’t think we were ready for another fur baby after the passing of our last rescue but then we saw HIM. It was love at first sight and after arriving at Canine Corral and meeting him the bond was sealed. The staff at Canine Corral are wonderful, they are so knowledgeable and helped us through the purchase process, picking out food, snacks and toys. Special shoutout to Brittney and to the staff who still follows up on his progress. Pepito is thriving with us and we are over the moon having him in our lives.

My boyfriend and I had been searching for our first puppy in 2019. We visited a few boutique puppy stores on Long Island and would always walk out empty-handed and never feeling a connection with the staff. November of that same year , we stopped by canine corral and met Brittney and Talya. We weren’t 100% sure what breed we wanted, but they always had a great selection of healthy and happy puppies. We visited a couple of times before finally going with a miniature dachshund and found our first love , a long haired miniature dachshund. Charlie, has been the greatest addition to our little family.3 years later, we recently visited canine corral again and added another miniature dachshund, but this time a male. In both occasions , the staff have been supportive, patient and so helpful to make sure we had all that we needed for the pups. In both occasions , we always left with food, toys, leashes and knowledge on how to take care of the pups , potty train ect. Their dedication to the dogs is amazing. You will have all your pups info; which breeder they’re from, their parents ect. I cannot recommend a better place to find your next addition to your family. Thank you so much canine corral !M

The staff here has been nothing short of friendly, attentive, and helpful. We bought our dog in August of 2021 and he has a great temperament and is extremely healthy. He is a bundle of joy and we are extremely grateful to Canine Corral's team for helping us throughout this process.One of the things that stood out to us was how caring the staff is. When we bought our puppy when he was 11 weeks old, the staff did not let us take him home for a few days to ensure that he went to his proper vet appointments first. The day that we went to pick him up, the staff gave him a bath and had a 30 minute session with us to walk us through a step-by-step on how to crate train, prepare his food, and to make certain that we would follow up with the proper vet appointments. They also made it clear that our puppy cannot go near grass or bushes until he is fully vaccinated. Canine Corral has also made their services available for our dog's life such as offering free nail trimming and options to board him (at a cost) in a home when we are out of town.I usually don't post on Google, however, this store has been great to our family and we are so thankful to have Luke!

My family and I purchased our first dog in 2000, a bearded collie (George) from Canine Corral. We were so incredibly happy with him. He was the perfect fit for our family and he lived a wonderful life of 15 years. What I love most about Canine Corral is that they’re not your typical puppy store. The employees are educators and take the time to understand your lifestyle to help you purchase the best suitable dog for you and your family. We had such a wonderful experience that we returned a few months after our first dog passed away and we purchased our current dog, Spencer, a playful, happy, mini springer doodle who is now 5. We are forever thankful for Canine Corral for bringing these furry loved ones into our lives. Thank you Canine Corral!

Went here with my son on Mother's Day 2018! He purchased me a 10 week old Shorkie! He will now be 2 on February 21st, 2020! He is just about 10 lbs, super smart & healthy. The staff here was so helpful, professional & clean! All the pups were happy, their pens or area were clean, not smelly, soiled or dirty at all! The pups are not in cages! We pet, held & got to see their personalities up close & personal. The very last little guy we saw was just pure love & he remains the same today! He weighed 3.6lbs at 10 weeks old. I have recommended Canine Corral to all my friends & family! A wonderful place!

The model in the picture is Lucy. She is a puppy we bought over a month ago from Canine Corral. She was my first pick and we left with her the same day! The process of getting a puppy was very easy. Me and my husband were never pressured and we were able to spend some time with her in their designated area before buying. We got a leash, collar and toys for her for free. They also had food available in the store so we didn’t have to go anywhere else but straight home. She came microchipped and got a fresh bath before we took her home.- After a vet check Lucy turned out to have an ear infection- and I need to tell you that the store really cared. They helped with the medicine and I was in touch with them. They always answered the phone. That was really amazing. The infection went away in LESS than 10 days and now I am the happiest mom of this beautiful and smart puppy that just gives me so much joy. Thank you Canine Corral!!

I’ve purchased 3 dogs from Canine Corral since my kids were little. A German Shepard named Fabio about 25 years ago, a Boxer named Stella about 15 years ago and my current Boxer Fabio who is now 3 years old. I’ve had a great experience with the staff of Canine Corral all of these years, they are extremely helpful and incredibly patient each time. They were very diligent in processing paperwork, their staff is super friendly and they followed up each time after purchasing one of their dogs while I never felt pressured to make up my mind right away. Their store is very clean and the dogs look very happy.It is also very convenient that they have a veterinary location right behind the store, it makes for a more family oriented feel.I recommend them to anyone that asks me because I truly believe they have the pets best interest at heart!

I haven’t walked out with any new friends as yet but I’ve visited a few times now and I genuinely enjoy coming by and seeing and interacting with the dogs and just enjoying the down time. The staff is friendly and they don’t rush you and they encourage you to go in the playroom with the dogs if you’d like. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a new dog.

Not content at all with their service. Still have not received paperwork for my Shihpoo puppy. They lied to me. When I phoned I was being discipline as if I did something incorrect. Do not believe he is the breed they stated he is. They informed me they use reputable breeders but I question this. I should have been contacted & received some assistance but was not. Also beware read the fine print in the contact that I could not take the puppy to the vet. READ THE Fine Print

They were very professional. Took the time to answer our family's questions. They even follow up and check in in the subsequent days following the addition of a new puppy! They let us take our time to decide which puppy was right for us. Then they filled up paperwork and detailed what we needed to do to to make the puppy feel right at home. I would definitely recommend patronizing their establishment! And I would go there for any future puppy purchases myself!!

I am extremely happy with my experience with Canine Corral the store is kept clean and the puppy pens are clean and well maintained I purchased my cockapoo a few weeks ago and she is a happy healthy and energetic puppy!!! I bought my Mini Aussie, Lundy here back in early 2014. She's 9 years old now, and has been my best friend for almost 9 years. I got another Mini Aussie in 2021 from a breeder, and can say that Lundy is just as great of a dog, if not better. My family and I have bought many puppies from Canine Corral in the past 40 years. They are wonderful people, patient and really help you understand which dog may suite your family best! We have a Shih Tzu we purchased from Canine Corral, her name is Bella and she is now 13 years old. She’s extremely healthy and has many more years ahead of her. They helped me care for her the first few weeks of her purchase and addressed all questions I had as a first time dog owner myself.I highly recommend Canine Corral to anyone who is looking for a reliable store with healthy pups to become part of your family. Visited this awesome place twice before pulling the trigger on a German Shepherd, they trained us, prepared the puppy, got all the paperwork, all basic necessities and we left with our very first family pet.Talk about service; their training is helping us through the night. Their attention and expertise is 💯 accurate. Today we are raising a smart and playful puppy. They do everything for you.Financing available, i just walked in and left with a puppy.The price was amazing, I got a German Shepherd under the average 3k, got some great puppy food, and more training on feeding, disciplining. Canine Corral in my opinion is the best place to find a wonderful addition to your family. I first went to Canine Corral in August of 2012 and added one of the best additions to our family. We got our first Boston Terrier . We named him Spidey. The staff at Canine Corral was amazing. We were 1st time puppy owners and we had no idea how to train him. Ira and his staff answered every question and concern and were available anytime. We called them a lot and they never seemed to mind. They helped us whenever we had a question. Our Spidey was so easy to train using the advice of Canine Corral. In 2019 we decided that Spidey need a sister. So with no hesitation we knew we would only go back to Canine Corral. We added another beautiful addition to our family named Lucy. Another Boston Terrier. She has been such a great dog. The dogs we received fro Canine Corral have the best temperament. Fast forward to the present 2020. My son wanted one more puppy. We wanted to get a black and white Boston because our other two are brown and white. So we of course went back to Canine Corral and picked up our newest addition Sadie. In all the years from the first time we went to Canine Corral the customer service has been amazing. Questions are always answered. Dogs are very healthy and we would never go to another breeder. You can see how much the staff love the dogs. The place is always clean and they dogs are always happy. Thank you Canine Corral for helping us have the best three furry babies in our family! I recommend them highly. You will never be disappointed!! We will never go anywhere else.

Hello I have bought several dogs from Canine Coral over the years… A Rottweiler, Yorkshire terrier, silky terrier and more recent just last year December a Maltipoo…. Please understand this is not a pet store there registered as a breeder…. The puppies you get from them come with the puppies parents information. Every dog I got from them I never had any medical issue with…. The staff is AMAZING there very knowledgeable on the breed your interested in…they will follow up with you after your purchase not just the next day for days to come…I also have recommended friends and family to Canine coral and they same as me…. I can't say enough about my experience there. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to make sure I knew and understood all of the nuances to caring for a small puppy. Within the first week of having our little girl home they have called and texted to make sure all is well and to see if I had any questions. We have another puppy same breed we had purchased from another breeder previously and we definitely did not receive the same level of service or information from the previous breeder. I am so happy with the over all experience and service from Canine Corral.

My wife and I are first time puppy owners so we were nervous about the whole experience. We went to several places and found Canine Corral to be the perfect spot to find our newest member of the family. The staff since the beginning were extremely friendly, helpful and resourceful. The selection of dogs was great and they gave us enough time to play with them. Their prices are pretty good compared to similar dogs at different pet stores. The transaction was very smooth and we even received a call with instructions on what to do and not do with our new puppy. Even while having the puppy at home they would text us to make sure everything was going smooth. The experience was the best we’ve had and recommend Canine Corral to anybody who is looking to buy a dog. We are even more happy to have a bundle of joy who we called Caramelo (Melo for short).

This place is absolutely horrible. The poor dogs here broke my heart. I hate pet stores they should all be shut down. I came here only to try to support my friend in the dog she wanted and once I saw the dogs there and the dog she wanted I honestly just wanted her to get the poor dog out of there forgetting my own morals on shutting down pet stores like these. These poor dogs don't have any toys to play with and are kept in this "tanks" just waiting for someone to take them. It is absolutely heartbreaking. Please if you care for animals shut these places down. These poor dogs on yelp have all been sick.

This was such an amazing experience when picking up my forever pup. All the puppies in the store are well kept. I picked up an adorable golden doodle and I couldn't be happier. The process is so seamless they go over everything in the training for when i brought him home. They continued to follow up with me in the weeks afterward to make sure i was happy and everything was going well. In particular i liked that i had all the paperwork on the puppy. Their professionalism shows why they have been in business for 60 years. I would highly recommend getting a puppy from here the staff are so welcoming and you'll have the best experience.

I've been going to canine corral since I was 14 years old and always had the best experience with all my pets I'm 43 now and got 2 bull mastiff from Ira store he's the best owner always loving and caring and would do anything to make you happy always give you free thing and if he see you always greets you with a smile and welcomes you into his store like you was part of his family ❤️ I would 100% recommend people to buy from Ira store🙌🏾👌🏽🐶👈🏽🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾and his family that works in the store is really helpful 👌🏽and loving🐾🐾🐾🐾and clean 🙌🏽 made my momma day thank you Ira
