The staff is friendly and the store is clean. My concern is with the amount of expired items I've seen on the shelf, paired with the amount of items I have purchased and when Ive gotten home I've discovered that they have already been opened. This is the only stop and shop I have this issue with. It's also frustrating that they don't have hand baskets, only large carts.

This grocery store is clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The prices are an issue, and the checkout process is a joke. The self checkout machines are prone to errors due to the slightest miscalculation.This would not be an issue if you had enough staff to work the registers. The paper bags offered here are the worst quality on the planet, and now they charge you for them. My bag ripped and all of my groceries fell out before getting to my car (only two pounds of deli meat and a small drink). Stop asking your customers to donate to charity at checkout when you don't sell affordable goods to begin with, along with paying unlivable wages to your employees.

Love that this smaller Stop&Shop had Ezekiel bread 🍞 in the freezer aisle and get gluten-free pasta and Jovial cassava flour pasta! Despite my health needs, I was still able to grab all the allergy free items I needed.

They should change there close time to 10:55. I showed up to get a quick milk and I was turned down by what appeared to be the store manager stating there closed. I showed him there was 5 minutes left and just ask to grab milk. I got the o well were closed. Customer service doesn't seem to mean anything these days.

I go because I live nearby. Staff is always nice and helpful. The only thing that needs improvement is the bathroom and I would give that one star because I couldn’t rate it zero.. It isn’t clean and it always smells. Makes me wonder what the back areas of the store looks and smell like if they have employee and customers using this bathroom.

Surprisingly well stocked and varied...I usually have more luck finding what I'm looking for here than anywhere else, at least as far as generic grocery shopping goes. There's not much in the ways of "exotic" ingredients, but you wouldn't really go to a Stop and Shop for those in the first place.Design-wise it's fairly bare-bones and small...but despite that it's kept reasonably clean....certainly cleaner for its size than a number of other Stop and Shop's I've been to.

Usually my in and out kinda store. Always well stocked and the employees are really helpful. I love the fact that there is child parking because with 2 kids it can be a real handful to find good parking but lately I have been struggling to get into child parking because people with no kids like to park in those spots. I have literally watched it several times as the person would pull into the spot as I’m trying to get in. One person even told me she didn’t care and that she will continue to park there so long as she continues to shop there.

Small store, but generally has whatever I need. Deli staff are great, checkout staff are super friendly. Every person I've interacted with since moving here is nice on their staff really. It's clean.

Selling meat that was packaged TODAY with mold EVERYWHERE. I physically saw what I can safely assume was their quality control manager pull a completely green steak out of the meat section. This is ridiculous! I’ll never buy food from here again.

This is my supermarket of choice since I moved to Dutchess County from Brooklyn, so to me the prices are shockingly low and the store seems huge. Since the manager reads these posts could I ask you to stock Simply Orange Orange-Mango juice? Then my life would be complete. Thank you.

It's convenient and has plenty of parking.It's in the main town area so everything in town all clustered right there.The prices are not great and the produce is better pretty much everywhere else you could go.We actually dive a half an hour away to a Hannaford's because the quality and prices are hands down better.

If you need deli items- DON'T go to this store. Four people behind the deli counter and only ONE barely acknowledged the customers present, wanting to be served. Then he took him, from when the ticket was pulled at 5:45 until 6:10 to serve the customer ahead of me 6 items...all while the other employees continued to do anything else BUT serve the customers on the line. I pulled my ticket shortly after the 5:45 customer, and didn't get served until just about 6:10 - AFTER I had to go get the store manager.

Felt safe shopping there this entire pandemic. Until today, the arrows from the floors were gone, so people just wandered around, half the people in the store had their masks under there noses and no one said anything to them, despite walking past multiple employees. No sanitizing wipes for the carts (glad I carry my own). You did great but this isn’t over and you shouldn’t act like it is. Back to ordering online.

What happened? I was disappointed by the lack of variety especially in availability of organic offerings. There’s a dedicated corner just inside the entrance for some dry and canned goods, but very little in other departments. Not sure if this is pandemic related - I hadn’t shopped here for some time and it felt like a different store!

Very nice people, clean, and prices you cant beat. I was helped by the cashier named Michael Giaimo who helped me checking out, telling me good deals I did not know about, made sure all prices were correct, and overall nice and enthusiastic worker. 10 out of 10 would recommend making this your grocery destination.

One of my go to stores however I can’t in all good Conscience give this store more then a three star rating due to its deteriorating situation. The carts are the absolute worse! But super friendly staff and they have a huge selection of organic foods which is a huge plus.

Stop & Shop is the closest supermarket to me but everyday prices are pretty high. I check the circular and I'll find something on sale now and then but I do most of my shopping at ShopRite. Lower prices there. Also the parking lot at Stop & Shop is full of shopping carts too often. Someone needs to collect the carts regularly but they don't. In the winter the parking lot is very poorly plowed when it snows.

This is one of the smallest Stop & Stop stores but the staff at this are nice and respectful. Your phone service in the store is absolutely horrible but the store is clean, organized, the staff will definitely help you with anything especially if it’s not their department they will try their best to assist you.

The deli staff do not listen to your request, produce not always fresh, no clerks available to assist you, bakery is not fresh made (all cakes and breads are pre-floors and just warmed up in the oven), low stock in dairy alwaysBEST THING IN DELI IS THE FRIED CHICKEN

Had a wondetful experince with Robert from the bakery. I called to order a cake last minute and wasn't exactly sure what I wanted and he was very helpful and pacient with my questions and indecisiveness. We have ordered cakes here in the past and they always look great and are delicious! Thank you!

Decent supermarket, decent selection. Not too much in terms of customer service and it's sometimes hard to find someone. But overall, if you just want to get in and out quickly with little interaction with people, it's great.

Not my favorite store but it is on my top 3 list. Customer service is excellent at this location, as are the people working in the aisles. They are very helpful when you were looking for things.

Time to drop the mask mandate. 25 states have done so. Publix in Florida as well.If you are fearful then wear one but mandates are politically motivated and those who don’t want to wear one shouldn’t be harassed as I was in the store today by one of the employees.Also this store has the worst and most limited produce section ( organic especially)if any store I’ve ever shopped in. Counting the days til the farmers market opens!
