I had a very unpleasant experience at this walgreens. I’m a 17 year old girl and i walked into the walgreens wearing a black top and shorts a employee named Nicole Shepherd said to me “girl what are you wearing” mind you she is a older women. we asked her where she had the audacity to say that and she proceeded to call the cops on me because she didn’t like what i was wearing. to add on to this, this is the Second time she has harassed me .

This store sucks, says opens at 9 I’ve been waiting 20 minutes only for the worker to tell me we don’t have a cashier and aren’t opening. Very rude rushed me off the phone said “I gotta go”. This store is a mess and unprofessional. If I could give no stars I would. Be more organized and have workers.

The pharmacy department is like a bad ride at Disneyland. Waited in line at the register behind ONE person for more than 5 minutes to check in for a COVID vaccination. MANAGER took my insurance card, then returned it to me. Waited 10 minutes for the pharmacist to administer the shot. Two hours later, received a "not urgent, but please call back before 7 tonight" call from the pharmacist--they hadn't recorded my insurance numbers for billing. Called back and, of course, got an automated answering system. Waited through the options for Pharmacy and asked for the pharmacist. "He's busy." "Can someone just take the information you didn't take when I was there 2 hours ago?" "No, you need to speak with the pharmacist if you have questions." NOBODY LISTENS. Landed in the queue with the not-helpful outbound message that "all the pharmacists are on calls with other customers, please wait." Another wait because these clowns can't get out of their own way. WHO'S IN CHARGE??? NOBODY! GO ELSEWHERE if you need anything in THIS lifetime.

Unfortunately this pharmacy has lost my business, never had the stock necessary, blames shortage, next door at THORPES, always in stock... Just a piss poor attitude all around to, upsetting. Needs restructuring or better able to handle a small town with average town medication demands. Very sad excuse of a pharmacy.

The staff and this location is always friendly & helpful. People who leave negative reviews should put theirselves in these hard workers shoes working at half staff doing the best they can. Lets applaud those who show up to work every day!!

If they have your Rx in stock, you will receive a notification that it is filled and ready for pick up. **BE CAREFUL** if your meds are not in stock. You will NOT be notified when they are back in stock, your Rx will NOT be automatically filled, and you will NOT receive any notification. This has happened to me several times now. Our Drs send Rxs, they're are not in stock, and we literally never hear another word. This needs to be fixed, especially for people with meds that cannot be missed.
