I was there to pick up a few things while passing thru town i liked the fact that the store clean but when i asked for help finding something the assistant manager was very rude like she was having a bad day but that is no excuse to take it out on customers you should not allow you employee to act like that that makes me not want to shop at any of your locations

They had a pretty good selection of stuff. The store is small it's not as big as Price Chopper or Hannaford! But they have the essentials.

Nice, clean, Covid friendly. No public restroom (because of Covid ) Seem to have all sale and coupon items in stock. I'm liking the produce section now. It's a nice improvement. Non sale items slightly pricey at this time (unfortunately who isn't )Western Union available. Don't forget to bring your own bags.

It is a very nice store; it's clean, it's well stocked, and it has fairly good selection. It's a little ironic that the company titles its stores as "Friendly Markets" because friendliness is the one thing they need to improve upon. Other than that, I enjoy shopping there.

I am so thankful that they are here in Hoosick Falls. A clean well run supermarket that carries all essential items. Friendly helpful staff. They are there for us.

This is a great small town grocery store! They have a good selection of items and excellent weekly specials. The staff is very professional and go out of their way to be helpful. Highly recommend!

Previously called grand union, tops is like your normal grocery store and they are just like Hannaford. The staff at the one I went to was very friendly and very helpful and I really hope the customer service ladies get promoted:)

I like the store but prices on food is ridiculous where I am located in NY. It's a nice grocery store to go to but if I had it my way Wal Mart or Hannaford here I come hah.

Our Tops in Hoosick Falls is the best! We have always received excellent customer service and find the staff to go above and beyond. The store is always neat and clean and the shelves are always stocked.

A little expensive, please be careful buying hamburger here as they hide the bad meat underneath fresh. Also freezer items can be freezer burned. Also produce isn't that fresh or taken care of I saw about 15 rotten cucumbers in my trip today.

While the store was clean, alot of the sale items like tomatoes were out of stock on thier first day. Only hours after thier store opened. Alot of empty spaces that should of contained sale items. You'd figure that they would have thier stock situated on the first day of the sale. I'm actually disgusted. The workers though were friendly and respectful.

I'm going there once a month to grab water for my mom because she lives in Hoosick Falls and only could get 3 jugs I know everyone needs water but they should have a a shipment that is big enough for everyone in Hoosick Falls that means order it ahead of time and have it already there and not wait until they run out and say we need more water we need to put the order in

Pretty average scores across the board (prices, service, selection, etc.) Not a bad place to shop. They have most things that you might want in a grocery store and it's generally worth it to stop here rather than drive farther to a bigger store.

Decent grocery store. Hoosick falls is lucky to have a supermarket close by. We all need to support it, so it stays in the area.

I have been happy to find that tops makes available organic foods and some soaps and such that are allergen free. Its a relief to be able to shop locally

Good for quick pickups but I generally drive farther to a bigger store for more selection and better prices. That being said, the selection is diverse for a small local store.

Only buy sale items-cheaper to drive to Brunswick or Bennington but nice to have in a pinch. Wondering when PC will be taking over

Little steep, but you can catch bargains. Its worth a few cents more to have it in town and employing locals. Always clean.
