This store is awesome!! The managers and cashiers are wonderful very friendly and very helpful. The manager suggested a specific food for my pup and brought me over to it. At another visit I had to return a coat and they offered to order what I needed on line because they were out of it at the store. She did the transaction for me!The store is always clean and I enjoy going there.

Five stars! These guys were great I bought a gas powered push mower and it didn't work they took it back and price matched a more expensive gas mower at the price that I bought the first one at. Anthony and Liz were very helpful and I would definitely shop here again!!

We go here to purchase 4health dog food. It is grain-free dog food that is sold only at Tractor Supply Co. They allow dogs in the store, so our 2 dogs enjoyed sniffing around the dog food and treats. The staff is very friendly and approachable. They gave us advice on which product to purchase. For example, when we were debating on switching to lamb, beef or fish, they said that we should stick to giving our dogs chicken. That's because they may be allergic to other meats or fish.

Horrible delivery standards! (They use Roadie)Had to throw out 2 vaccines. Had them do same day delivery with hopes that they would send them in a cooler or in a box with ice packs. ($20 for delivery) NOPE! Put the 2 vaccines just as they come and stuffed then in my flower pot, in the sun, on a 85 degree day. I did get a refund but they (Tractor Supply) should know how to package refrigerated vaccines appropriately. This was the Honeoye Falls, NY location. 🤬This original review was denied on the online site so I figured it would be appropriate for the actual store it came from.

Went over to TS to purchase a new rider mower. Jeff helped us out and was very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. He helped me setup the delivery and the mower was delivered to my house within 3 hours of the purchase. Awesome experience and will be back for other lawn care needs. Thanks Jeff and team!!!

Generally like the store, however I did have a bit of a rough experience recently.Placed an order and opted for "same day delivery" a bit before noon, paying an extra $70 for said delivery. Ended up not shipping til the next morning (bit of a wrench in my plan but not a huge deal) and was apparently contracted thru Roadie, which I'm not terribly familiar with.Driver needed to borrow a knife to cut some straps since he "forgot" his, then promptly left with my $150 knife. Didn't notice til he was down the street. I get that it's not a TSC employee, though he was contracted by them for a delivery.

I placed an online order and tractor supply wanted me to pick up the order with in 3 days even though the rest of order was not filled yet. I wasn't picking up the order until it was completely filled but tractor supply wanted to make multiple trips for the order. Tractor supply ended up cancelling part of the order. Placing the order was tough enough. Never again online orders with tractor supply.

I highly recommend using the return policy on the go carts especially at this location. Jeff was not only patient, professional and courteous, he gave us two go carts to go and kept the lemon.

I love this location. Everyone is so friendly! They always have treats for my dog at the checkout. They make you feel like a friend when you go and they are quick to give help when you need it. I have never had a bad experience there, and I don't see how I could. I'm always looking at the clearance rack as you can get some really good stuff there. After hunting season, I grab all the scent remover stuff I can get my hands on for the next season, I've never paid full price for it yet!

It's a store with tons of stuff... The staff is great. If you are wheel chair bound or have a walker realize this store is nearly impossible to navigate. It, much like most home improvement stores, do not want the business of the handicapped. Their aisles are to small and always have things in the middle of them.

Good place to find any animal supplies you might need. It's also very good for mowing products and such. On the end of clothing they have a lot to offer, like boots and hats, but they are very highly priced. The staff is great, very helpful and polite. Also, it's always fun to go to these types of places and see animals, such as dogs. It's especially nice to get baby chicks there, having them on display for sale is very convenient.

This one in particular was probably one of my favorites to visit, between the manager and his crew and a miss Hannah Schaefer (hope I spelled that right) they made the trip unbelievably positive and too the guess work right out of the equation. Would definitely recommend!

Good place, great people. My dog probably loves going to TS a bit more than myself, but that's a compliment not a disparagement. Just one of those places that not only has useful stuff, but is enjoyable to be at.

I can’t believe how often I go here? My whole family loves this store! They really have just about anything you could need living in the country. And the employees are always very kind and helpful. I highly suggest a stop in, even if you don’t need anything in particular.

Usually a great experience in Honeoye Falls, but yesterday not.I wanted to buy a particular length of livestock gate which was out of stock. The manager Jenn seemed bothered by my questions about when it might be available. She did tell me I could get it elsewhere. Fine. All good. ThenI wanted to buy a particular small dog kennel that was set up outside for $129.99. I tried to pay for it at the register, when the cashier told me there was a different style, a little bigger in the back behind the dog food. Once again I went searching for it when I asked a male employee to help. He seemed uninterested inhelping me. I returned to yet a difficult cashier and she said they had 4 outside. I said ring me up! These were 219.00. When I examined my receipt, the description of the purchased product was totally different than what she had told me/sold me. She said no worries it just rings up differently. So getting my truck loaded after waiting quite a while, the two male employees proceeded to try to load a bent and warped 6 x 8‘ kennel onto my truck which this product was not even close to what I had been told I was buying. I then had to go back into the store, return the product that was wrong on the receipt based on their cashier’s mistake and re-purchased a small dog kennel which is what I wanted to start with. Of course the price was 144 versus 129 outside on the side, and I had to fight for the displayed price.I am writing this because it’s seem to be a total lack of communication or concern for my need of a product that bothered me. No apologies. No concern for what had happened. It led to us being there far too long. They did not seem to care if I was helped.I will choose Canandaigua whenever I can versus Honeoye Falls. I think the manager in Honeoye Falls sets the apathetic and aggressive tone in that store.

🐤🐔😊 I went looking for baby chicks (which they had a great selection of) But I was really impressed by how much different stuff they had in stock: Tractor Supplies, chainsaw supplies, feed for everything (chickens, ducks horses, goats, bird-feeders)... They also had horse supplies, truck supplies, welding supplies, tools and even some hunting supplies... They have everything you need to set up an electric fence (either solar or AC). They carry a large selection of deep cycle batteries, tires for every trailer or tractor imaginable.... Without a doubt your one-stop-shop!

Good supply of a little bit of everything from tools to dog food and everything in between that you would need for most repairs and projects. The staff is friendly and the store itself is clean and tidy. They are also dog friendly.

Had what was needed but both parts were junk. Eclectical trailer converter for wiring. Had much more time at mechanic shop trouble shooting my vehicle wiring harness when it was a garbage part the whole time. Also bought a 4 flat tester and it crapped out after 2 minutes of use. Not misuse as that wasn't even possible. Otherwise great place just stay away from electrical components and their small generators...

The associates are really helpful, and friendly. The manager, Jen is truly customer service oriented. They have the same selection as other TSCs but this location (Honeoye falls) is the best!

I get irritated every time I use this store. No greeting at the door, carts that don't work, and no fans on the animal feed. Almost always have grain mites except today. Young and useless staff.... TSC would be ashamed of this location
