I have visited The Sneaker Store infrequently for a while. I make bi-yearly visits on average for the last couple of years. EVERY TIME I visit, I am welcomed, and I receive expert advice. Additionally, I am served at the highest of levels. This last time around, I was helped by Forrest and Ben. Forrest, my goodness, I hope I didn’t botch the spelling of your name. Great store!I recently went in looking for some waterproof winter sneakers to wear while walking our dog . The salesperson was very knowledgeable about how sneaker construction varied between brands and styles . After measuring and trying on different styles he ordered a 13W Merrill hiking boot for me. It arrived within a week . I went in to try it on before taking them home . I am very pleased with their service .

Stopped into the store looking for a hiking boot/shoe. Katie was all over it! I'm not the easiest customer when it comes to footwear...very picky and I need to be comfortable. I absolutely don't mind spending a little more coin for a great fit and comfort. Katie was not only patient as a saint but exhausted all options for me in order to get me into a great fitting shoe! 10 stars for Katie!

Wonderful experience. A very knowledgeable young lady helped me to find what I expect to be a perfect pair of shoes. She carefully measured my feet, asked questions about my activities, and went over my experiences with previous footwear. She then had me try on a series of shoes so I could pick a pair with both good fit and comfort. She then rang me out and had me on my way. Topping off this fine service was the reasonable price for my shoes. I will definitely return to fulfill my future shoe needs.

I've always bought cheap sneakers, and lived with back pain every time I walk a distance. I decided to try upgrading to quality footwear and start getting into shape.Totally worth the investment.The staff was so attentive, courteous and happy to help. They studied my stance and a few simple movements to determine the proper design. The gentleman found me a really cool pair, that feel great, were on the more modest price range. I wasn't pushed into anything, simply catered to.I went out for a long walk this evening, while pushing a stroller, for the first time in years it wasn't an exhausting and painful experience. I usually am an independent shopper who doesn’t interact much with salespeople, but I’m glad I worked with one in this store because they really know their stuff when it comes to helping you find the right shoe. William was wonderful in pinpointing what I needed (even the right sock) based on the general foot discomfort I told him about. I’d long been cheap on buying shoes, getting Wally World shoes with no arch support, and my body has paid the price. I’ll never compromise on shoes again. We’re only as good as our feet. I wouldn’t settle for bad glasses that didn’t help me see, I’ll never again settle for bad footwear that doesn’t help me move forward. If you want a shoe store that takes your overall health and comfort into consideration, this is the place. They actually care.

I started with the Sneaker Store in 1998 with Rich Karaz. I moved around the country and still ordered and had shoes shipped to me from Rich - we were Amazon before Amazon! I didn’t care what I had to pay, the service and expertise was worth every penny.Fast forward to today with Josh, Scott and their team - no change in service or expertise. Sure, you can buy almost everything in that shop on-line, but don’t. Go in, have some fun, talk to the team of experts (like real runners) and support the locals. If you really need to feel cool and hip and purchase “on-line”, email them, I’m sure they would deliver. :)This is what we need more of, especially in today’s climate. I can’t wait to see the team again on the 29th to pick up my new shoes for the season. If you’re a runner of any level, do yourself a favor and shop at the Sneaker Store. They are the best.

The Sneaker Store is a pretty awesome place! Lots of knowledgeable people who love to run as much as the people who visit their store. I just picked up a great pair of Asics this weekend at their sidewalk sale for a bargain price. I even ran on their treadmill for a minute to see how they felt.
