I stopped here with my 2 toddlers driving to NYC. I was super impressed with how clean the restaurant was, especially the play area for the kids. People were constantly cleaning as people left, I saw that the high chairs were sanitized. The staff was very friendly especially Jason who went out of his way with kindness. It was a great experience all around.

Honestly this McDonald’s is probably the worst I’ve been to. The customer service is horrendous. The mangers there are just disgusting. Their attitudes suck. They are constantly making mistakes and then they get called out on it, they get nasty towards. Went in today to use the bathroom the floor was covered in dirty tampons and toilet paper. The food is always cold when you get it. They never make anything correctly. I would suggest driving the 15 mins to deposit any day to get food at Wendy’s then here!

Just popped in here to grab a snack on our road trip. Waited 5 minutes and no one served me so I used the machines. Then i went to the bathroom. There was no soap in either soap dispenser and they had placed the empty inside part of the soap dispenser upside down as if one should use it. But when I did so i got nasty cold water on my hands. I then left the bathroom to leave and noticed all their bathroom cleaning supplies on this table that people can use to eat including the toilet brush.How are the staff washing their hands? Absolutely disgusting.

Classic Big Mac combo on the drive back home. Wherever you go to find a rest stop, there is the likelihood of finding a McDonald's. They have a consistency that is expected with years and years of food delivery experience and service. The fries were exceptionally long and the bun was fluffy. Typical of what you see advertised.

The experience was awful. When they forgot to give us our cups we asked for them and got ignored. By the time we got our cups our fries were cold. The janitor was very pleasant however and tried making our experience better. Most of the staff is very gloomy. The experience was very depressing. The management seemed very unprofessional. Multiple employees were wearing baggy hoodies which raises some safety concerns in my opinion. There was another time we got table service and they didn't bring it to us, they instead screamed my name. We went up to the counter to get our food and when we came back my phone was gone and we had to go up to the counter again to get my phone and when we got back our food was cold again. Adding onto health concerns, one time I was walking to the soda machine and there was a burger on the floor with flies on it that looks like it had been left there for hours. This McDonald's needs a serious attitude change and start hiring employees that won't make customers feel unwelcome and miserable.

I will say this...the customers that frequent this McDonald gave this place a 4 out of 5. Without them a 3 was the best I could do. Small and not clean inside. Saw tables not taken care of and the floor was a mess. Perhaps they were under staffed on this particular day. The friendly local crowd is what was noticable. Hats off to you. Everyone was friendly saying hi, holding doors, and striking up conversation. Nice seeing good people about.

I’ve never been so disappointed in a McDonalds…. Not only was our order originally wrong, Not only was every trash can overflowing, Not only was every single wrapper of sandwiches wet or extremely greasy, Not only was the women’s room absolutely disgusting(Blood and brown I can only assume was feces), Not only were workers vaping with just there head outside the back door, But as I walked by said door to take my 3 & 5 year olds to the bathroom the side outside door was flung open by a worker so fast an without any care that he hit my 5 year old and knocked him over and skinned his knee. He did say he was sorry but had no reason to even be going out that door at the time… Clearly it wasn’t to take out the trash..

So the food was to be expected, however after a long day fishing a meal is needed. Stopped at McDonald’s because there is no where else to eat. The staff was awful, not completing customers orders (not mine the three customers in front of me) and then having to wait to get a cup for the soda that was ordered, throwing the food into the counter and just yelling there number and then to top it off getting harassed because you walked a cross a freshly mopped floor in front of the counter where you pick up food. Staff needs to have a reality check and know the customers are what keeps them with a job. Trash cans were empty so I couldn’t throw away garbage, ( yes I took it to the parking lot where I found a trash can). Next time I’ll just starve until I reach Scranton and eat somewhere I feel welcome not like I’m disturbing them.Parking: Room for my truck and drift boat so I can order inside

Placed order inside, waited nearly a half an hour while people who placed larger orders after me were being served. Finally had to investigate and noticed they never even began to make my order. It was abundantly clear that they did not care. The only saving grace is that the employee who appeared to be the manager noticed what was happening and fixed it and even gave me an extra fry for the trouble. For the prices this establishment charges, the least that could be done is that orders come out right.

Clean, ordering was easy, and not too busy even at lunch hour. Food was delivered to my table 90 seconds after completing my purchase onscreen. Bathrooms were well-maintained as usual for this franchise.
