I went in and my discount card did not work. I asked the cashier what was happening .She says you have to put your phone number in but I don't know which phone number was on my card. Cuz I had multiple phones since I got it. So I asked her to register my phone number for discounts .She totally refused to help me out she said the store was too busy meanwhile there was nobody in the store at the time .Very rude and uncooperative with me. Customer service has died in the store.

Just spent 1.5 hours getting the run around. Passed from one person to the next and then when I asked for the District Manager I was transferred to a survey. Inept, unprofessional bunch of no nothings!! My stepmother is 92 years old and I was trying to arrange to have her medication delivered. She is sick and can not pick up her medication. I'm over 2 hours away. They expect her, at 92, to use some stupid app on her phone to arrange. It is total discrimination against the elderly to have them be reduced to having to use an APP!!! You know what I was told after 1.5 hours- She'll have to come pick it up. Plain and simple. Are you kidding? I'd love to have a rep from Rite Aid respond or call me which we know will never happen. They're too busy doing NOTHING to help the customer!! SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL SMALL PHARMACY!!! Walgreens or any other place other than Rite Aid. Oh and don't call the customer service number- they couldn't help me. Kept me on the phone for 30 minutes to tell me she has to go the store and pick it up. They don't know how to arrange for delivery payment other than on the APP

First let me say I absolutely love the front end of this store. However do NOT bring your prescriptions. Service is just awful. Never again.so disappointed. Im a gold member, but will never ever. Bring a prescription there again.

This place is a zero! I have lived in Hampton Bays for 20 years. This pharmacy has always been problematic. There are problems with connecting to the pharmacy during regular business hours, there are always lines because prescriptions are very seldom to never ready hours after being called in. There is always a reason the prescriptions are NOT ready. This is really a cash cow for the corporation that controls it with NO regard for public relations or empathy - NONE. It would be best if the public stopped using this facility and started using other pharmacies in the area. Best to turn the money tap off and let this place go to rest.

Don’t trust your health to this place!!! After waiting over a day for my prescription,, I went back (extremely long line) to be told I had to go back to my doctor as what they had was expired. When I said “this is unacceptable “ I was told by pharmacist to “not be rude” and “ I am undeserving “ . Hampton Bays has far more professional places for your medicine, beware!

One of the worst, had the nerve to cancel my flu shot the day of, 30 mins before because there was no one to administer it. They were angry because I made the appointment online, which I thought you were supposed to do. I guess it was inconvenienceing to them.

I have no idea what all of these complaints are about the Rite Aide store in Hampton Bays. I've lived here for the last 16 years and it's a great addition to the town! They completely had it redesigned and it's beautiful. There are all sorts of terrific products that they sell and the staff are very friendly. People just like to find things to complain about... get a life!

Rite Aid in Hampton Bays used to be my "go-to" place for any of my non-food needs but they have gone downhill there past few short years. Can get an associate to help you find an item your looking for or expect them to be able to answer your questions correctly. The short, stoudt pharmacist rolled his eyes when I asked the counter associate about how much longer should I walk the store till my script (called in by my Dr. 2 and a half hours prior) would be ready. How unprofessional! Then I was told to "come back tomorrow". I'll take the ride to CVS in Riverhead from now on. I miss Liggetts😢 They always treated their customers kindly.. The times, they are a changin'. So sad for the hometown feel of the Mom & Pop shops

When the line for the pharmacy reaches halfway to the front of the store you have to acknowledge that something is very wrong…especially when that line doesn’t even move for over 10 minutes. I gave up waiting, because previous experience had shown me that I’d wait in that forever line only to be told that my Rx called in YESTERDAY was not yet ready. Why? Why is yesterdays work not even completed today? My husband will suffer through picking up my Rx for me tomorrow and I will never have a prescription sent to that pharmacy again. I’d rather drive to Riverhead and painlessly pick up my Rx at the CVS drive thru where it is always ready when they say it will be. Such a shame for our town of Hampton Bays that this pharmacy is so poorly managed.

Terrible ! I called 32 times last week to see if my perscription was there. No one ever answers the phone. I am in the process to moving to Liggets around the corner. Rite aid gives such a bad service. I feel for the elderly patients who are immobile and really rely on speaking to someone about their needs. Such a shame. Very disappointing.

Note: This review is about this Rite Aid Pharmacy only.Possible public safety issueMy mother, father, and I all received COVID-19 positive results this week. My father and I received care at the hospital but my mother's condition was not deemed poor enough. Her GP called in two prescriptions to the Rite Aid pharmacy Tuesday evening. We called later that night to check on the prescriptions and they reported that there were no pending prescriptions to be filled. When we called the next morning, there was only one reported. My mother told the pharmacist that she was COVID-19 positive and inquired about prescription delivery (something the state and the Rite Aid hotline both say are offered). The pharmacist outright refused. My mother then told her that all of us were COVID-19 positive and the pharmacist insisted that we come pick it up ourselves. My mother offered to pay for delivery or to find a third-party to hire to deliver the prescriptions but the pharmacist said she "couldn't release the drugs to just anybody." Over several phone calls, the pharmacist offered no other ideas or suggestions and seemed to say no to all of our ideas. So, it sounds like the pharmacist wants COVID-19 positive patients to come wait in line *in the store* for their prescriptions?The pharmacist also refused to fill one of the two prescriptions. We spoke to our GP and he called her directly. She quoted an obsolete state law as her reasoning. They went back and forth to the point where she told him to "take it up with corporate."I am incredibly disappointed and disheartened by the unprofessional and unsupportive treatment of my mother by this pharmacy. I am also appalled by the pharmacists rude behavior and apparent inability to help in any way. The only other people we know nearby are in their eighties. I do not want them to wait in line at a pharmacy that wants COVID-19 patients in line with them. I have been a long-time customer of Rite Aid pharmacies for years and always received positive service at other locations I've frequented. I can't believe they are letting us down when we need them the most.

This is in regards to my wife’s prescription experience. Last 2 years prescriptions have been lost, canceled, not filled properly ( meaning 1 box instead of 3, saying 24 was dispersed but in reality only 8 ) , then messages say ready pick up in emails and texts, go to pick up and then out of stock? No one answers the phone and if they do you are met with rudeness ...And when my wife would question the problem they would blame her, the doctor, the insurance etc etc since switching back to cvs in westhampton, we have not had ONE of these issues. NOT ONE. Was with cvs for 15 years prior in moriches before switching to rite aid in Hampton bays 2 years ago, and never had these issues there either. Sad

If you want a pharmacy that will NEVER answer a call and is completely unavailable at all times this is the place for you. I have called for months to see if my meds were ready and have yet to get them to answer even once. This type of service is exactly why I stopped going here. Horrible.

Kevin the cashier is poorly trained. Manager is rude, incompetent and told me she wasn’t able to help me “because of the storm in Florida.” I laughed and when I asked for her name she hung up on me. Corporate had to reprimand her and refund my full purchase. Great company. Terrible location.

This is by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used they do not answer the phone and to get them to fill a prescription it takes all day sometimes two days. I no longer use this Rite Aid location for anything.

I only give this one star because a negative rating isn’t available. I will NEVER go to this Rite Aid pharmacy again. Staff is rude and prescriptions are never ready on time. I will drive the extra miles to Southampton and use CVS. Shameful.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. You call in for a refill on your prescription and the prompt tells you the time your script will be ready. You let the prompt know that you will in favor be picking up the script at the time they give you. You get there 1 hour after the time and you still have to wait around. Horrible service!!

Script was called in at 12:36 pm and at 7:30 pm they still had not listened to there voice message. Needless to say I had to wait for them to listen to voice mail and fill script. That’s 7 hours, glad it was not for pain meds.

Worst pharmacy in town, pharmacist is refusing to wear a mask, doesn’t answer the phone, is extremely rude and doesn’t even fill prescriptions. You guys need to get your stuff together, there’s no reason that people should be having to call their providers because you can’t do your job.

I've always found the pharmacist and Pharmacy staff to be friendly and have all the prescriptions ready when they say they are. I would recommend this Pharmacy highly especially to the denizens of Hampton Bays.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. I will NEVER return and would rather drive to Southampton or Westhampton than go back. They are extremely unhelpful and do not care about their customers.

Honestly i avoid going into this store because the staff is so nasty. They arent helpful and they are incredibly rude and disrespectful towards their customers. I wont be giving this store my business anymore and i have lived in hampton bays my whole life. Please give your staff a proper lesson in how they should speak to their customers.

Real problem getting rX filled. Can’t get thru on the phone. Told me days ago they were ordering, now it’s still out of stock. Have to try someplace else. Can’t delay the dosage anymore.

I go to this pharmacy all the time and to be truly honest Not all the associates are bad but today there was this guy at the register very rude and didn’t have any patience at all he was just plain rude
