I don't use Tractor Supply a lot. I have a few family members that do however and on this last trip our main purpose was to get some propane. It took about 15 mins for someone to come outside but I did notice they were a little busy inside because it was finally a nice day. When the gentleman finally showed up he apologized for the wait and he was very quick with filling the tanks as a line of customers had, at this point formed behind us. He was friendly though and made conversation. Overall a successful trip we ended up getting everything we went there for including a few items inside the store.

Wonderful staff!!!! everyone there asked if I needed any help looking for anything, the whole team was incredibly helpful. The cashier was super pleasant and even held wonderful conversation about some of the items I was buying!!! And of course, a special thank you to Zach and Albert, who were so kind and helped jump my vehicle after my great experience because my battery had died. Thank you so much to everyone who works here!!! you guys do great work!!!! (coming from someone who used to belong to the company, you guys are killing all of your keypoints) !!!

The staff was very helpful, the store is clean and there were a bunch of sales going on (found some clearance items too) My cat was having an itching problem which happens every once in a while. My friend who is a vet tech suggested I get "Veterinary Formula Clinical Care" spray (she knows my cats history). I was able to find the products very easily with the help of a store employee. There were a few people in line to check out and one employee helped me check out right away (as soon as she signed on to a register) so I didn't have to wait with just two items. I saw other employees cleaning the store shelves, restocking and dusting the floor. It's a drive for me to the store but I know that I get good service and it's a clean store. (One reason I'm a return customer)

Good service and knowledgeable staff. I am able to get all by out door and live stock needs. We are able to purchase items that one cannot find in most of the bigger stores. I have purchased everything from chain saws, to pond fish food to belts for my garden tractor at this location. Tractor Supply is also a convenient place to top off my propane tanks.

Checkout line a mile long a second worker comes up sees it and quickly heads to the back of the store. No work ethic. Finally the cashier recommends anyone with a credit card go to the self Checkout. I walk up to the self Checkout and am on my way out the door with my multi item order in seconds. Some people hate self Checkout, not me, I'm quicker than most employees of most stores and that's sad that the people who get paid to do it are that inefficient. Customer service is dead.

Whoever now runs this tractor supply knows nothing about horses. They no longer carry anything of use. Just mane and tail supplements.Much improved since last time I was there. Management took the advice given.

Was there 5/11/23,girl at register acted like she did not want to be there miserable, I have a business TSC with Citibank they can never get it to work and blames it on Bank and get aggravated Citibank claims they are processing it wrong always end up using my mastercard as they refuse to call the bank for help,never a good experience there!!

Great place with a wide variety of items to choose from. They have plenty of pet toys which we looked at and purchased a couple of them. They also carry a nice range of outdoor footwear, rugged boots as well as carhartt gear. Plenty of choices for pet food. Every thing is reasonably priced and enjoy spending time there. Service is always good

Nice selection of dog food as well as other things. The people that work here are very helpful, always. They have a VIP pet clinic that comes every so often (check online for dates/times) so you can bring your peers for low cost vaccinations. Ample parking and easy to find.

Usually good prices and good selection of everything you expect at tractor supply store and then some. Closest place, only one in area, that has tractor supplies in stock. If big box store does have 3pt pins usually much more expensive.

Ordered a pair of men's work boots online. Went to the store to pick them up, no problems at all. The person who was to get the boots didn't care for them. I went to the store to return them. The assistant manager, I asked another employee his title, who was cashing was also busy reaming out an employee in front of me. That took about 5 minutes. Then he tried to access my order and couldn't find it. He asked how much I paid for the boots.. I couldn't remember exactly. If I was a dishonest person I could have jacked the price up, believe me, I didn't and wouldn't. I had all the paperwork sent with the order and the order number was on it. That took another 5 minutes. He told me he was going to the other computer terminal in the back of store that handles the online purchases for pickup, to look up the price. I waited at the cashier check out and looked back at the other computer, and he is hanging over the counter talking to another employee (female). I looked back after another 5 minutes of waiting. I picked up the package walked back to where he was and he had since picked up the phone. I asked him for my receipt back. He started to mumble, "I just have to get the price". I informed him of his level of competency and horrendous customer service and left. Customer service is the key to retaining a solid customer base and good customer service can convince a customer to want to return. Now I will take the time to go back again to the store and get these boots returned, but I will think twice before I purchase from them again.UPDATE: returned to the store within two days to try and return it again... The assistant manager wasn't working. The employee who gave me the assistant manager's title was cashing. Gave her the same information and she processed the return in less than 5 minutes. Lickity split I was in and out. Now that was a pleasant store visit.

Great, clean, tidy store. The most friendly staff always available with a kind answer and if they don't know, they will find out. Love that they allow fundraisers for ill pets and have barrel racing presentations on site at special times. Love to shop here. Live the women's clothing and especially the 👢 boots. Yee-Ha

Terrible customer service from rick. Grunts to communicate. Fills my propane tank to 4lbs when it easily fills to 4.7lbs. I use it to keep my family warm. First time I was there I purchased the tank he told me the machine was broken. Most likely lied to me. The store itself I cannot complain about.

Online ordering please be cautious. This is the closest one to me(25 minutes away) and I ordered deer feed because I didn't know where it was in the store so thought they may have been easier for me to do. Unfortunately the one I ordered they didn't carry at the store even though the website said so. So it was a big ordeal in the store but the gentleman was very nice and helped me get the correct corn for my projects.

I go here all the time for supplies for pets (dogs & rabbits mostly), hunting, horses, garden, etc... The staff is always quick to help. Very friendly and easy place to Shop. I've also used their brand foods for my dogs (4health)and my rabbits (Producers Pride) for years and they do WONDERFULLY on them. I breed rabbits and my nursing does never lose condition w the feed.

2 people working the whole store! It's getting worse Everytime I go in there! Plus the managers usually reply to you like they don't want to be bothered! Carts all over parking lot so if you want a flatbed cart might as well go looking in the parking lot!

I generally like Tractor Supply Company, but for this visit I have to give 2 out of 5 stars. I placed a large online order for four cases (96 cans) of canned cat food, for in-store pickup. Within 24 hours I received an email that said my order was ready and could be picked up within 7 days. I got there on the 7th day, and a polite young lady told me she couldn't find my order. After some searching she politely advised me that they didn't have it because I didn't come to pick it up in time. I told her I have an email, even showed it to her on my phone, which said I can pick it up within 7 days. Then she told me the email was wrong and it was actually 5 days. At that point I got a bit irritated, and she said let me go talk to my manager. Then she magically shows up with my order, and tells me that they still had the cat food in stock, and she was able to fill my order anyways. This all sounds a little bit weird to me.

Clothing selection re jeans is extremely poor. Came in to buy two pair of Carhartt jeans they didn't have any 36 waist in any color or style, checked other jeans and only the paper thin store brand they had one pair. Waste of a trip

I make the trek all the way out here because I have a cat who refuses to eat ANY OTHER FOOD except for one provided through TSC, and we use the pelletized wood normally used for bedding in stables and even in pellet stoves. Believe it or not, it actually helps keep some of the smell in check, and it doesn't have that wet clay smell from regular cat litter. The price is right, the people are friendly and helpful, and I will keep coming back to this store as long as I can get what I need.

Fridays specials that I wanted were sold out! Asked an associate, They were extremely polite. TOLD ME THEY WOULD GO CHECK THE WAREHOUSE SHIPMENT! 3 Minutes later.. They came out of the back room with my Super priced torpedo heater..Very polite......I love the place.....With this season people get so focused that sometimes bad manners and stress show.....NOT HERE! Rented a trailer today. Morgan and Bill helped me with this. Morgan knows about customer service and was very friendly. Can not say enough good things about her. Very knowledgeable about everything in the store. Bill was a great guy that helped me with a wire issues and got me road ready. Both went above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you both very much. You turned my bad day around.
