Was there today. Exactly 3 weeks before Christmas. Store was packed. Check out line was almost backed up to the purses. They had 2 cashiers working. 4 people, one of whom was a manager or supervisor were standing behind the check out doing nothing. I asked the man were there other available cashiers. He looked puzzled then got on the intercom and paged for cashier back up. Duh!! He couldn’t see help was needed? Very disappointed with the customer service.

I always love this store but the shoes selection is slacking at this location especially for my size (8). They also didn’t have a single pair of hats and gloves…in Buffalo…in the winter.

Bad customer service... 4 people behind the counter but only one checking people out, others walking away at the same time. The one actual cashier was nice, so I gave the story an extra star for her. Also get some bags ... just because New York lets you be jerks doesn't mean you have to be jerks

The store is getting better, but there was a very long period of time that the place had very little merchandise. To the point where I asked staff numerous times if they were closing because there was nothing on the racks and the shelves were sparse. Again, it's getting better now.

I absolutely love this department store. Jenna the manager had quickly and efficiently help me with an exchange. The store has a very positive vibe. The management and the staff are very helpful friendly people. They keep the store clean and follow all of the CDC rules. I felt very comfortable bringing my four-year-old. I recommend to this location if you are looking for a great deal with a friendly staff. Be safe everyone. I hope everybody has a great summer!

Got a couple of pairs of jeans for my daughter's father, cheap! Picked up a few other odds and ends, we were bored and killing time, this location is nice. The store is clean, organized and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Fun to shop there. Great prices for beautiful clothes. I found well made furniture for my bedroom, things for the kitchen and bathroom and even dog treats and toys for my emotional support dog, Alex who was welcome there. They have many things in all departments. The fitting rooms are clean, everything organized and a very efficient staff. New things come in often, so it's fun to walk through and see what they have, and go to the different stores. I have been to Hamburg and Fredonia. Next stop Springville. A very good shopping experience with something for everyone.

They keep the store much cleaner and more organized than other discount stores, and have a good selection of those esoteric ‘just what I needed’ items. Things CAN get a little bare between seasons, but I can usually find what I need. I just wish the men’s clothing selection was better

I loveeee my hamburg T.J Maxx! Friendly associates and clean environment. Love the displays and amazing jewelry selection for men. I'm always greeted with a smile. I want to give a huge shout out to Rana for helping me look for nice pieces of clothing. 10/10 recommended

The prices are pretty good for quality products. They have a wide variety of mainly clothes, appliances, accessories, shoes, and a few pieces of furniture. The customer service is friendly as well. I love it here and I'll be coming back soon :)

I love shopping at T.J. Maxx. It has a very extensive women's department with clothes, shoes, purses, socks, lingerie,etc. (and great children's and men's departments.). This store has a very large home goods area too with seasonal items, furniture, linens, pots and pans, etc. The store is always clean and checkout is safe and efficient. I always find something to purchase here!

Prices are fair, but wow what a mess. Everything is in disarray, sizes are mixed. It was kind of a pain to look for clothes. Their Gourmet Kitchen section is fun to look through, but everything is just thrown on the shelf. If you have the time, and patience, it's worth looking through for some neat things.

I normally shop at the Dunkirk store , but I was at McKinley Mall and thought I'd check out that store. Trashy is the best I can say. It was a waste of time. Very messy, store, clothes and items on the floor . I stopped to look at jewelry the sales person was very disinterested in helping.

Was looking for shoe insoles like the ones I had recently purchased at Marshall's. Pretty much covered the entire store without seeing an associate. Did not find the insoles, but did purchase some socks. Was glad to see that they finally opened the public restrooms after 7 months of being closed for repairs.

Not much to find in kids clothes. Prices were ok, but there were more toys and dog stuff than boys clothes. Other sections were lacking as well. I like Marshall's and HomeGoods better.
