The saddest 5 Below I've ever been in. The fewest items I've ever seen. Crap scattered everywhere. Then, I asked the cashier what time they were open on weekdays, it being Saturday, and they were closing at 8pm (I thought it seemed a bit early.) Anyway, the response was, "It's posted on the door somewhere". Well, screw me, I'm sure it is "somewhere", but it's currently pouring rain and 28° so I wasn't going to play Where's Waldo for the hours of operation while getting hypothermia. I was just asking out of curiosity, and casual conversation. I'll keep my money, and go to another store that sells nonsense I really don't need.

I always find something I didn't know I needed. Usually organized and well stocked, except the Grinch Tshirts. Sorry I missed those this year.

Excellent selection with some very interesting stuff for sale. Store is pretty well-kept and it has plenty of parking + handicap accessibility. Although I was immediately told photography is not welcome inside the store the employees were friendly and generally happy looking.

In a hurry to grab a very nice gift with low funds? Go to 5 Below, they have saved my butt a bunch of times. So many categories of toys and stuff for all ages!!

Always walking out with multiple bags. There's cute room decor, lots of skincare/beauty products and some good selections for t-shirts. The best part is the price. It's all cheap, but the quality is good. There may be the very few items that aren't good quality, but you can't beat the prices. I love to buy little tchotchke trinkets and this is the best place to find stuff like that.

I don't usually give this kind of places a good rating because they are usually dirty, the shelves are stocked but the products aren't displayed well or an any kind of dependable order. The lighting isn't normally adequate as well. This store on the other hand was clean, bright, and organized. I was able to comfortably go through the store and get what I needed and a few things that I wasn't shopping for but found at a good price. I will be back. To put that statement in perspective, I traveled about 40 miles to get there.

I have never had a bad experience when I shop at this store. Staff member Michele was absolutely wonderful when it came to answering my questions about what I was searching for. When customers walk in she is always the first to greet them with a warm enthusiastic voice. I also commend her attitude for working through the pandemic with an upbeat positive personality like herself while organizing products and making sure merchandise is neat and clean. Michele really should get more than five stars because she really is such an outstanding employee in my personal opinion but facts are more reliable and it is evident she puts in so much effort into her work whenever I shop. I hope the store recognizes her achievements and pay her adequately for her hard work, dedication, and care.

Everything for $5 or less. Their items are always changing, you never know what you will find. I love this store, a little too much. Awesome items for way under retail value. Especially love the packs of 7 bath bombs for $5, can't beat that and they smell fantastic. Staff is always been helpful/friendly as well.

Location prices are no longer only up to $5, alot of prices are $5.55 and they still just don't have much to stock on shelves in all sizes or quality produces. Looks like they get everything from China and mark up the price! I will go to Dollar Tree and chance 1 or 2 things not working since if I buy 3 of the same things it is still cheaper than $5!!!

I am so sad about this, they used to be one of my go to places , but since they have changed over EVERY register to a do it yourself, I sadly will not be back. I was buying things to put together employee appreciation baskets for the staff I work with at my employer. I asked right away if self scan is the only option. I was told it is self check out only. I did ring myself out for the very first and last time. The first item rang up wrong from what it was marked. We brought it to the associates attention, and was advised that they would change the price when I was done scanning everything. I rang up all 45 items ( actually number of pieces I bought) and the employee that had to change the price to what it was tagged was irritated that she had to change the price on 18 things. I am sorry but I had a budget, and worked my budget on what it was marked on both the tag, and on the product. I understand to keep a competitive price, SOME things had to change, but not one register? I don't work there, I don't get an employee discount. What happened to customer service?

Went in for the first time to get some White Elephant Christmas presents. Was pleasantly surprised to find unique items reasonably priced.Took a star away since it has some tight space for carts, otherwise a great experience.

Despite the name of the store, prices have changed. They are no longer $5 or less, the items in there are now over $20. However depending on what you are looking for they do have some great finds and worth a look.

Super clean, organized store. All associates were helpful and friendly. Our cashier engaged in such a sweet way with my daughter, and it absolutely made our night. This was my first time in this store, and I will definitely be back!

Love coming here! Gas almost anything you would need great cheap items that are actually not garbage!! Think upscale dollar tree .. Definitely a favorite store. Everything from holidays Christmas Halloween etc and cleaning to coloring books and t shirts to pillows to make up to candy to posters everything's under $10 electronics are so so depends on what you buy to be honest!!

Fair prices and a quick stop shop for my kids when they earn rewards! Employees seem a tad board with saying hello to everyone who enters the front door but I don't blame them. They were bubbly and personable when I got to the check out!

I love this store because it has all sorts of cool stuff to look at and play with. Awesome candy selection! You can even fill your own bag with Penny candy (it's not actually a penny) but you get it. They have books, stationary, toys, home decor, clothes, make-up, posters, headphones, phone accessories...but it's all $5 or under. I always buy their $5 rugs. I'm obsessed with them lol

Great place for some great deals... a lot of items are more than $5 (store name change soon?) Worst part is cashing out...all self check out (its really easy) BUT... the damn questions and surveys and donation questions on the kiosk turn a 45 second transaction into 2 minutes... the worst of any self check out ....EVER.

Great prices. Variety of items for exercise, and great coloring books for youngsters. If you have a teen or pre-teen, there is something for them all to get excited about. I even saw a grandma get water walking shoes. Fun for the whole family!

The draw here is everything is $5.00 (or less).Pleasant young man and woman at this location when I went to pick up my pre-ordered items.Inexpensive, decent quality items here, in my case a Micro-USB Cable & Excersise Ball.Rated a 4 since this was my first and only time here but will consider increasing the rating in the future based on my experience(s).

I love this store because they have a wide variety of things that are what you weren't looking for but you definitely want. The staff is so friendly and know where everything is. They keep the store bright and neat even though it is a busy place I go here several times a week

It's a chain and totally like all the other discount stores selling cheap stuff from overseas. The whole store is completely disposable and expect everything you buy there to break quickly, but... At least it was cheap. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
