I am so grateful for everyone at Boston Valley Animal hospital. I initially used their services when my late dog, Brahma passed. The vet actually came to the house and put Brahma down while he was in his own surroundings and in our arms. I was just so grateful for the compassion, empathy and respect the doctor showed. They have been my go to for every single need for our Dog Jesse. The staff and doctors have all been nothing less than everything we have wanted and needed throughout Jesse, our current dog’s life. We would never go elsewhere. Thank you to all of you!!!

You did everything well! You exceeded my expectations! From the time I walked in I was greeted professionally with kindness and compassion from every staff member I spoke with today. My Fiona was treated kindly. Everyone kindly listened to my concerns about my Fiona. Dr. Schneible clearly outlined the treatment plan she proposed to help my girl. Dr. Schneible then sent her associate in with a written plan and estimate for treatment. This is a beautiful team! The care, the kindness and the fact that everyone listened to and addressed my concerns for my Fiona.

If you are considering taking your pet here. Please, do not. I used to take my now deceased dog here from 2011-2021, and never had an issue. We got a new puppy in February, and I was not aware that the staffing had changed. The new staff is not qualified to treat sick animals. If all you need is basic care for a healthy dog, I'm sure they can handle it, but if you suspect your dog has an issue... trust your instincts and go somewhere that is more qualified. My dog was bit by a tick at 12 weeks old, and I informed the vet immediately. They were not concerned about the tick and didn't suggest that we do anything about it. I started to notice that our puppy was not acting like a normal puppy. He didn't want to go for walks or play much. If I put him on a leash he would refuse to walk and lay down. He was hiding under the kitchen table tucked away all day, and whimpering all the time. I told the vet about it at every visit that we went to for his vaccines, and they dismissed it every time. The last straw was when I took him in for an ear infection, but spent more time talking about his other issues, and they didn't look him over at all to see what was wrong or show concern. I called an made an appointment with another vet the next day, and the next week the new vet diagnosed him with Lyme Disease, Panosteitis, hip dysplasia, and the following week at a follow up appointment with the rehabilitation team, he was diagnosed with shoulder instability and hypertrophic osteodystrophy. They missed ALL of this! Unfortunately, his diseases have progressed so much since he went undiagnosed for 3 months, that he is extremely sick and in pain. I am disappointed in the entire staff for dismissing my dogs issues and warning signs. Shame on them for putting him through all of this pain and not helping him. They put our family through so much stress, and our dog suffered due to their lack of knowledge. Their prices are higher than the veterinary office that we switched to, and their care is sub-par. Please... for the sake of your animal, think twice about going here.

We were able to get into the office with an appointment time that worked with my schedule. Everyone was very kind, helpful and informative. The exam was very thorough. Did not feel rushed out of the office. I am confident that my pet got the best care possible in a timely fashion and all of my questions were answered.

Dr. Schneible is such a kind and caring veterinarian. She listens to any of your concerns and answers all your questions. Her office staff is also very welcoming and friendly as well. I highly recommend her and her office. A wonderful place.

Everyone was very nice as always. It was my new rescue dogs first time at the vet and everybody helped to make her first experience the least stressful as possible. The staff really cares about the pets that come in for a visit

Buffalo Feline Hospital on Niagara Falls Blvd is a cat only clinic I take my pet to. Its clean, friendly, and I have come to trust these people immensely. Dr. Burkard and her staff are amazing with not only our feline pets but with the pet parents. So much time is given to each animal, endless questions are fully answered. Every visit is very thorough and you can just feel how much she enjoys her career and her staff. Thank you Dr. Burkard for taking such good care of Motley.

We were there for a health check on a litter of 6 puppies The staff was very pleasant and professional and the veterinarian took the time to not only provide great medical service but also to answer all questions. We were not rushed and appreciated the thoroughness of the exams.

This animal hospital didn’t have great care I brought my dog in to be seen and they made us wait 3 weeks when it was urgent. When I brought my dog in to see the one technician they said that she wasn’t there and that she could be seen by another one n I said ok next they didn’t take my dog seriously when she had a big mass on her side so we had to go to the emergency pet hospital and later found out it was cancer they didn’t even try to help my dog they just wanted the money

THANK YOU to BVAH's awesome staff for treating feral cats!!! Most vets won't. And thank you for the reasonable prices for the "no frills" spay/neuter, including the "frills" I always add on! I'm bringing #11 in for her(?) spay tomorrow, and #12 for his(?) neuter in a few weeks. I couldn't care for "my" ferals without your help!

Worst neighbors ever! I cannot attest to their abilities as a veterinarian but live directly behind this place. They leave multiple dogs unattended out back to do whatever but all they seem to do is bark for long periods. Animals are stressed enough being away from home and at an animal hospital away from their humans. I cannot understand why it’s OK to leave dogs barking for HOURS at a time on a consistent basis. Barking starts about 8am pretty much daily. Consider this when you agree to leave your pet at this hospital.

Love this place, Dr Fornes has saved or fuzz babies many times over, and humble enough to admit if she's not the best at something like some ferret surgery, but she managed to catheter our "old man" when he needed it! And they treat our ferts like they're their own!

Great place , service was slow on our first visit . They had a full schedule and were in the middle of a surgery so I understand. We're scheduling follow up shots for our cat Daisy. So I suggest if you're in the market for a vet this place would be a good choice.

Terrible ! Absolutely terrible ! After 11 years of going there and an epileptic dog , I was refused an appointment a life saving prescription for her ( after having her on this medication for 5 years prescribed by this doctor ) complete refusal to even speak to me . Wouldn't even allow me to make an appointment without a sedation !!! My heart was broken . Told me to find another vet . The most heartless cold vet I've ever dealt with . I would NEVER recommend this animal hospital to anyone . Zero heart all about the money and nothing more . I have been blessed that I now have an amazing caring understanding vet . This business should be shut down . Stay away !

I just started coming here and they've already inspired me to believe that this is the best possible place for my fur babies to be taken to when they aren't feeling well or even for just a general checkup. They work very well with you timing-wise they're quick to get you in and they do wonders when it comes to the bill trust me, this is in my opinion the best place to bring your animals.

Mary Lee is our Vetrinarian and we bought our Irish Aussie-Doodle Pup from her. she breeds her dogs and is very careful with that process and she has the best staff and Facilities we have ever experienced. She has so many patience and customers that she needs another vet veterinarian to help her, Soon!

Helpful, informative staff and technicians. Easy to deal with during an otherwise stressful time for our family cat. Quick in during the AM for procedure and shots, and breezy out in the late afternoon with no questions left to be asked. Quite reasonable rates as well.

Took my kitty Nelly here back in October, as she was lethargic. Discovered she was dehydrated, and greatly constipated! Required a few days stay; more than few tests and now she is good as new. She poops like a champ LOL and I thank Dr. Fornes and the kind wonderful staff for their great care and attention to Nelly, and our family. We take our dog Will E here also, and have excellent visits every time.

The place is very clean, lobby, bathroom, and the room you take your pet in. Receptionist, especially Jimmy, are super nice and helpful! Drs are knowledgeable and will answer any of your questions even if you think it is a "stupid" question. My on cat had her teeth pulled on 2 seperate occasions due to bad gingivitis and they called me both times after surgery to let me know how surgery went!

My dog boarded there for a week. Perfectly healthy when dropped off. Paralyzed when picked up. They had no explanation. Said he was fine one night and paralyzed the next day. The vet told me all this while not looking me in the rye...looking down and to the left. We also felt rushed out to take him home when we asked about options.

Great experience through a stressful moment. Going to the Vet Is never a good time but Boston Animal hospital is a great place for accurate animal care.I recommend taking your animals there, the staff really cares!
