The owner is extremely helpful and woven into to the community. Same prices as the Home Depots and Lowe's stores. Difference is in the knowledge and help they give. I renovated my house and they were helpful throughout. I don't shop anywhere else. Thank you True Value and Bernie Fink [owner].

Very nice and kind people, they are always helpful. I go there a lot since it's convenient here in GWL, very rare i don't find what I need. Prices are a tad bit higher but it beats the trip to Lowes or HD.

Store is a little bit tight with narrow aisles. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Store is larger inside than it appears on the outside. No regrets coming there and would shop there again.

Always friendly and will order anything they don't have in stock. They have just about anything you may want from a small town hardware store. Paint section is also very good.

The people there are miserable. They seriously act like you stole there lunch and the prices are expensive. 27 dollars for a quart of paint!!!. I live nearby and only shop there for emergencies
