Very cool store I got stuck here for hours. Very helpful staff really helped us navigate exactly what type of feed our bunnies and chickens needed thanks because otherwise I would’ve been lost.

Most of the employees here are ok to deal with. Unfortunately two managers Bob and Stacy are terrible. Neither of them have good customer service skills and they are always walking around the store complaining so customer's can here it.

Most of the time they have what I need but i know where to find it on my own. They used to have helpful and friendly employees but lately the only help that is there in the afternoons act inconvenienced if you ask for help or have questions. There are other places to get feed, hardware, or anything else if they are too busy to provide any type of customer service.

Not a good experience...the people where very helpful with making a sale but not when it came to delivering your 3,800 dollar purchase. I was told the person could do it the next day so I waited around all morning for the call of the delivery. At noon they called and said there would a fee which I was never told and I did not have a problem with that, it was that it might be delivered the next day. They need better management in this store!

Love this store. Friendly staff. Huge variety of pet/livestock food. Clothes and boots are always great quality. I love shopping for Christmas presents here... Always something for that country/farm house style person on your list.

They only like the farmers cause there in buying feed all the the time the rest of us they ignore. I've gone in there and no one approached me asked me if I need help nothing I roamed the be store for 39 minutes.

New Review!!!Was very upset with the Customer Service and sent a complaint into Corporate HQ. Received a very quick very polite phone call from Corporate HQ and as finishing talking to them received a very polite call from the store manager. All my issues were addressed and they went way way out of their way to make me happy and acknowledged that I definitely had a major complaint.This is the store I am use to working with not the one below. Also I have waited a few weeks and purchases before I reposted my review..!!OLD REVIEW!!If there was such a thing a negative stars it would be a neg. 3 stars!!!Piss poor excuse for a store. Want to return something better have government I D otherwise you will be refused that refund. Funny thing is I spend 1000's there but not anymore. I'll travel the extra miles just so I can use AGWAY.The Assistant manager is a obnoxious SOB that I try to just ignore. I'm done with ignorant jerks. Funny thing is I was going to spend another 1800 buck's there today.

Shoes everywhere, no help to be found. When I did track someone down they said " a delivery is coming tomorrow I don't know what's in it nor have a way to find out.: Then, only 1 register open while 10 people waited in line. So many people were complaining and no help was given just rude workers.

If you own any farm animals or even pets this is a great store. They have all you need from food two medicine if they get sick. I am a little disappointed that the one in Glenmont doesn't carry half of what they used to. But the staff there is great and always helpful.
