I'm a 69 yo female DIYer who fell and decided to build an extra step to the porch for safety. I interacted with Gavin who helped me sort thru the lumber required. Gavin was knowledgeable, friendly and respectful of an older woman which my friends and I greatly appreciate. There still IS good customer service.

This place is great. I go here now for my renovation needs. They have great quality lumber at good prices and they deliver for free if you spend over $200; beats the big box stores. I’ve found the people who work here are friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The store is very well organized and the lumber yard is laid out well so you can find what you need easily and load up easily too. Finding this location has been a big help and I would recommend them.

By far one of the best lumber yards I’ve done business with. Both managers there were so helpful and informative with helping me pick out the right material I needed and the guys in the back knew exactly where everything was.
