Very bad experience . I have two big tattoos done and I was lied to about how long she was doing tattoos for. When I had complaints and asked to get a touch up from someone else it was a problem . I went to get a touch up and the guy was very rude and short like he was angry with me . And I wanted both touched up and refused to do the other one . One did one touch up . I informed the guy that I was allergic to sanaderm and insisted on me using it after several times of me telling him . I ended up having an allergic reaction. Will never go there again and I will let people know to me experience and not encourage people to go there

Had to get my lip piercing fix due to another piercing guy mess me up they fix it for me and I’m happy… he did a amazing job fixing someone else work which he was skeptical about fixing it due to someone else did it.

Danny is awesome and really listened to what I wanted. He genuinely takes pride in his work. He did my bee forearm tattoo. He no longer works here but still wanted to give him credit for his work.Fe is an amazing artist and she did a fantastic job on my upper thigh butterfly tattoo (which was a cover up). Highly recommend this place, and I'll be getting my future tattoos here.

I went in Friday 12/23 to get a piercing with my daughter. The experience was good. Monday, while washing my face, the nose piercing fell out and down the drain. I tried contacting Sasha (the piercer) to ask if she could re-pierce my nose but she wasn’t there. I called Tuesday and she wasn’t there ( not a big deal…everyone needs time off). I went in Wednesday afternoon after calling in the morning (when she was out “shopping”), she was also “shopping” in the afternoon. I left my phone number because I’d already spent three days trying to contact her. She never called me back. I was hoping she could give me some sort of a break since I had already spent over $150. Thursday, I finally got in touch with her and she said she would have to charge me full price. I’m annoyed by this but I’m more annoyed at the lack of communication.Service: Nose piercing

Had to get my tongue piercing out after a year and a half of not touching it, after about an hour of trying to get it out on my own, walked in and out in less then 60 seconds with someone able to take it out for me. Very good experience, super super nice guy helped me out

This place is all around wonderful. My friend and I went in for a couple Pokémon tattoos. Danny did a perfect job on both of them. Very friendly, professional and detail oriented. The other artists in the shop were also very friendly and held great conversation throughout our visit. Prices are also very reasonable. I came in after my last artist canceled on me last minute. Not only did they help make a wonderful water color fox design, one of the artist took the time to help me that day do to the frustration I had delt with from the last artist. They even quoted me the same price the original shop quoted me. The color stayed vivid and healed well. Will be coming back when I can!

Walked in to see if they could help me change out my daith piercing because the ball had fallen off, the piercer wasn't in today but the apprentice was more than happy to help!!! She cleaned me up changed it out and gave a me a spare just in case! The guy at the front desk was also very polite! Great experience!

First piercing went okay.. got my nostril pierced. Second piercing I wanted my septum done, the girl looked at my septum and told me It would be easy because I had a good septum. She pierced my septum but couldn’t get the taper through. I wasn’t sure why it wouldn’t go through if it’s a hollow needle. It was very painful but she promised me that she’d be able to get it through the second time so I gave her another chance. She then tried to push the taper through the piercing after the needle had already been removed. It didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. Went through a lot of pain and didn’t get to have the piercing. Two stars because she didn’t make me pay for the nostril after not being able to pierce my septum.

I had my tongue pierced here when I was 18...awhile ago lol.Anyway, they did a great job! I felt a SMALL pinch and that’s it!!Sadly, it ended up being on a taste bud so it looks a bit odd...but I’m ok with that. It wasn’t as if the artist could’ve known 💁🏼‍♀️. Heck, I didn’t know for about 3 days...when the swelling went away.Anyway...awesome staff, clean, and does what u ask them to do! Period!Service: Piercings

Went to Paul to get my industrial pierced and he was super nice through the process!! I loved him and have gotten most of my piercings from him, however, the shop smelt like weed the second I walked in and throughout the whole clinic and while I don’t care what people do on their free time having it smell like that in a professional setting is not ok to me and if it doesnt stop smelling like that I don’t wanna go back. Paul is a great piercer and I would love to continue getting them from him but not if when I walk in all I can smell is weed when it’s supposed to be a clean environment

if i could give them 0 stars i would. i don’t normally post these types of things but people need to know what happened. i changed a couple of my piercings last night and needed them to be tightened. i went to eric. i went in and i explain to him that i just need them tightened. he tightens two of the three no problem, the third he starts to tighten and then takes it out. he tells me he’s going to taper it in so i told him “at this point just leave the piercing out i don’t want you to taper it” he walks over to me with the needle and i said “no” he tells me “put your head back hun” and proceeded to put the needle through my nose creating a second hole after i told him no twice. the jewelry that was put in was a 16 gauge what i had previously was a 18 gauge so he put a larger hoop in that what was already there, and as a piercer he should have known that you do not put a hoop in a freshly pierced nose. he also rdid not properly close the jewelry causing me pain. my boyfriend and two of my friends (i was on the phone) went in after the fact to speak to him and the owner jimmy. he told them that the jewelry was broken and that he was doing me a favor after i had already said no and the jewelry was not broken. he said none of them were in the room but the owner would not speak to me.Services: Piercings, Nose piercing

I went in the same day and got st mike the arc angel done on my arm by Jody and i was extremely happy with my whole overall experience.
