Nice place, great prices, definitely join the club. That being said, they're a high volume and they're sort of low selection? I know that sounds counterintuitive but they're not about the long tail.I must admit that I really enjoy all the folks behind the counter, everybody's in a great mood and ready to banter and laugh, which is good, actually really good.Thank you all and I'll see you in '1.75 litres'

Ran my ID through multiple times to verify if it was real and then asked for a credit card to verify and provided all that . I get it’s a part of the job but there should be a proper way to go about it and not embarrass people in front of others . Yea you save a few dollars from this store but be prepared to maybe get embarrassed.

Nice store. Large selection Clean, reasonably priced products. Easy parking. I came in 25 mins before closing. Staff wasn’t particularly friendly, long day I’m sure with some not always nice customers.

It's a great liquor store on Long Island. When they offer $ sale of buy 1 for full price and get the 2nd for $1, you can't lose. The floor reps and cashier offered several alternative choices. It was amazing how knowledgeable these folks are. Recommend it to all.

I went there to pick up some rum today. They have a tasting table when you walk in. When I came in I made a joke because of the door I used (wrong one at first). He did not rely to me. Then while was looking in the rum isle, I noticed he asked everyone that came in (men & women) after me to taste what he had. Not sure why I was excluded, but I will never go back there again. Plenty of other black people live in that area. I hope they find another place to buy their liquor. This is a picture of that employee. The other employees I interacted with were great.

I discovered this wonderful store a year ago, from my first visit up until now, it feels like I am at a family gathering, everyone is extremely helpful extremely friendly and most important extremely knowledgeable, I told all my friends and family about this place and they keep thanking me! I drive all the way from Jericho to this location because not only are the prices extremely better than every place around where I live, the people are just amazing there !! nicole, reisa, Paige, everyone at the front that checks you out at the registers to the people that greet you at the door, I can’t say enough about this place! Great service. Clean. They are a different kind of chain if you don't know them. They don't have everything but what they do have is good prices on what they do sell. The curbside pickup is well executed with those who don't want to go into the store.

I love everything about this place. They have cheap prices on good alcohol but I would recommend going to Young's liquors store in Manhasset on Plano Road because their prices are cheaper when you have a membership but if you don't have a membership then definitely go here. Sounds a lot like the that's why they get a four out of five

Bottlebuys is a great store. They have all the wines and liquors you are looking for but they also have a loyalty discount program as well. This makes their prices by and far the best around. You don't even need a keeychain, when they scan your license for proof of age your rewards is synchronized with that in their system.

bad experience, was looking to purchase a bottle of wine but they wouldn't sell it because I wasn't masked even though NY state overturned the mandate being unconstitutional. Bad business all around. gladly will take my business elsewhere.

Love the place and have been shopping there for years. Always stocked and you can't beat the prices. If you join their bottlebuys club (free) you get emails with special promotions. Today it was spend a $100 and receive a $25 bottlebuys credit for your next purchase!

I thought the wine tasting and bourbon tasting was just okay nothing special They Don't Really entice you to buy anything of the things that you tasted it's sort of like they give you a micro amount and the women there look like it didn't even want to be there so I wouldn't go back there for a wine tasting I don't even like shopping there

Used to have great prices now I'm paying 2 to$3 more there than I do at regular discount liquor stores which is very surprising to meand they also have a limited amount of products that I look for

Out of all the all the dim lit, shoddily put together, normal priced, liquor places out there, Bottle Buys stands as rare example of how a liquor store should be.The first thing I will say about Bottle Buys is that the prices are always lower there. Nevermind the deals they have but price any product in Bottle Buy and generally it is lower than your local liquor store. Its always worth going out of my way to go here when I can save so much.Bottle Buys itself is a breath a of fresh air compared to nearly every liquor store I have been in. It is not a dank, around the corner place with dusty bottle, or some laid out chain with lazy product stored around. No Bottle Buys is white and clean. Its part supermarket experience and part Warehouse experience with aesthetics and an actual helpful staff that is well beyond any experience you would get in most liquor places.Their selection is excellent and you will always find something new here as well. If you live in the area and like wine or liquor its worth the trip.

I personally will not be shopping at bottlebuys ever again because money is the only way for me to truly let an establishment know how I feel about their service. The problem I have with bottle buys a rose the first and last time I ever went there.Myself and another person were purchasing alcohol and I had no problems with my precious but the person that I went with that's why I was not allowed to purchase alcohol because the establishment said there interim identification was not a valid form of ID to prove age. Needless to say I am disappointed in the level of customer service at this establishment.

Far better selection than discount liquor beside BJs or Costco. I have discovered some really good items here. You can count on either a sale or extra bottle bucks on items every visit. Big parking lot, shopping carts and quick check out
